The first day they also left for an hour or so to "get parts" and his employee also cut her finger. I was billed for every second of that day. I also had to walk them through troubleshooting a problem with the project, so much for "master electrician". I did this from my bed where I was using my oxygen concentrator since I am disabled. They were going to need to come back to finish the project and said it would be a couple of weeks so we exchanged numbers and agreed to schedule something later. 5 days later they show up unannounced and continued the project. This included another trip for "parts". Again I was charged for every second. When they were done there was a problem with a porch light that was due to his work. On the day he was supposed to come back to fix it I received a call from him. He was going to come out if I wanted him to but I was going to have to pay for it. At this point I said something very rude to him and hung up. BEWARE!

The drain is still not fully clear--water backs up from one side of the sink to the other, and I usually have to run the garbage disposal just to get it to go down. Today, I called to schedule service for a leaking washing machine hookup and to have the kitchen drain looked at again. Nathan informed me it would be $350 just for the service call, before any work was even done. This amount for an appointment is exorbitant and disappointing, especially for a returning customer. Between the steep service call fees, the price increases from May to November, and the unsatisfactory work, I can only conclude that this company is price gouging. I would not recommend them and will never use their services again.
