What's most impressive to me about Bennett's is the fact that I have never asked them to do something for me that they haven't been able to do. They clearly have a very experienced crew working for them. From the smallest to the more involved and complicated job, Bennett's does it all. And here's the thing-they always answer the phone, they always get to the job in a remarkably quick manner and they are some of the most honest and trustworthy people you could ask for when working on your project. Called again the following morning and the receptionist had an attitude and explained they all needed a day off and they would consider sending a tech out sometime this week. Thanks Bennett's for making me take time off work to go save my grandparents so you can enjoy another day off. Great business model!!!

After we finished discussing the project I had initially contacted the company about I thought that perhaps they might be a good fit for our master bedroom project we were planning for the spring. Once again, his ideas were amazing! However, while we both had the same thoughts on some things, he blew my mind when he completely came up with the idea of moving the door, taking out not only my closet but the hall closet and the bedroom closet across from the master bedroom! All of this was needed in order to move the door. That was all absolutely amazing and perfect! Unfortunately, when they came back with the quote on my bathroom it was a bit outside of my budget and I had to set them on the sidelines for the time being. We haven't made a decision at this point and, quite frankly, I'm not sure anyone else is going to measure up. We'll have to see. These guys are a tough act to follow!

He hired him on a Thursday, he asked me for an advance of money, I gave it to him, they promised me…read morethat they would come the next day, which they never came, he did not receive a call, nothing. I had to dial, they didn't answer too many calls. that until the afternoon they answered, upset, the person told me what to see through the door and that it was damaged and that she was going to change it. I read that he couldn't come later since he wasn't at home, he got upset, he started yelling at me on the phone and told me that she was going to come and leave the door outside my house. I told him that I could not be responsible for that door, since no one was home the next day, I called his phone many times, he did not answer and he told me that his truck had been stolen and that he had no possibility of coming with put up my garage door. Sunday passed. I waited on Monday, Tuesday, I contacted them, upset again, yelling at me, I had to file a police report and today, Thursday, they promised that they would come in the morning. I called them this afternoon and what was my surprise when they told me that they were not going to come. I wasn't going to do it and I had to wait for my money. If I wanted it for a month or more, it's a very irresponsible company. They try to scare customers away from complaining. I really wouldn't trust a company that threatens its customers. They get upset because they yell on the phone and threaten to call their lawyers if they continue to bother them and they practically try to tell me that they are not going to return my money. I really suggest that you do not trust such people, they are irresponsible and arrogant, to which I suggested that I would go to the door since I already had a check that covered the value of the garage door, and he said no, he did not have it. and that he was not going to give it to me because if I wanted to wait a month, seven days or even a year for my money to be returned to me, I would have to wait, really try to avoid construction companies like this since they are going to have a bad taste in their mouth. Now I have to buy my garage door myself and try to get my money back.

They never stopped until they were done, I so appreciated this. Both were very kind. Being a single woman, I look for a business that makes me able to trust them and comfortable. I immediately felt this way. They did A-1 work. From building a trench for wires in my back yard to mounting the charger. You can't even tell they dug up the yard. The price was good, and Marvin even tried to find a site where I could get a rebate. Very helpful!!! I will certainly call on them again!!! HIRE THEM !!!!!!
