It was as if it had never had electric ever. It was mid winter with no utilities. The electric company said i had to jump though hoops to get electric turned on to fix as it was now classified as a new construction. Would take days.. I told Warner. He made one call and boom it was on an hour later. He worked non stop for about 2 weeks. Replaced almost every wire, replaced boxes, fuses, fuse panel, hung all new lights, ceiling fans. Basically reran entire house in below freezing with only a salamander. Price was dead on and worth every penny. I have never had a single problem with my electric and its been about 6 years. Its hard to explain how much work needed to be done but it was a HUGE project. Later I called for my Pole barn he quoted me at around 2k. i said fine. He finished in a day. When i saw the bill was a quarter the quote i was shocked. He could have easily cheated me as i know nothing about electric. Some people take him the wrong way. He is old school, Hard working, and gruff at times. He isn't a talker he does his job and asks very few questions. If you don't like a serious man with great skill and work ethic. Don't hire. If you want a no nonsense shut up and get it done right and fast call Warner.

Called Weaver around 6:45 am and spoke with a nice lady handling after hours calls. I explained to her the situation and she said they open at 7:30 am and they'd have someone out by late morning and she's call ahead to let us know when tech was on the way. The good news is she said our furnace was still under warranty, but we'd have to pay for labor. We received a call at 8:35 and she said their tech would be at our house by 9:00 am. Rick arrived just shy of 9:00 am, introduced himself, and said "let's get you some heat." I showed him to the furnace and he quickly diagnosed the problem: a seized up inducer motor. Not having one on his truck, he quickly drove to their parts warehouse and returned about a half hour later. He went the extra mile and performed some routine maintenance work on the furnace and replaced the motor. The furnace fired right up and he was out the door by 10:15 am. We chatted a little while he was performing the work. He was very professional, confident, upbeat and courteous. He took pride in his work, which is refreshing in today's world. Hold on to him and pay him accordingly! He's a major asset to the company. We've used Weaver the past 20 years and they've never disappointed. Marshall, the owner has a nice business. I highly recommend their services.

I had to dial, they didn't answer too many calls. that until the afternoon they answered, upset, the person told me what to see through the door and that it was damaged and that she was going to change it. I read that he couldn't come later since he wasn't at home, he got upset, he started yelling at me on the phone and told me that she was going to come and leave the door outside my house. I told him that I could not be responsible for that door, since no one was home the next day, I called his phone many times, he did not answer and he told me that his truck had been stolen and that he had no possibility of coming with put up my garage door. Sunday passed. I waited on Monday, Tuesday, I contacted them, upset again, yelling at me, I had to file a police report and today, Thursday, they promised that they would come in the morning. I called them this afternoon and what was my surprise when they told me that they were not going to come. I wasn't going to do it and I had to wait for my money. If I wanted it for a month or more, it's a very irresponsible company. They try to scare customers away from complaining. I really wouldn't trust a company that threatens its customers. They get upset because they yell on the phone and threaten to call their lawyers if they continue to bother them and they practically try to tell me that they are not going to return my money. I really suggest that you do not trust such people, they are irresponsible and arrogant, to which I suggested that I would go to the door since I already had a check that covered the value of the garage door, and he said no, he did not have it. and that he was not going to give it to me because if I wanted to wait a month, seven days or even a year for my money to be returned to me, I would have to wait, really try to avoid construction companies like this since they are going to have a bad taste in their mouth. Now I have to buy my garage door myself and try to get my money back.
