RUINED my hair!! I…read morehad gorgeous natural looking highlights and came here to get them touched up and add a few more to blend my roots. Somehow there was such miscommunication that she turned me into a BLONDE (see before & after pictures). I had to go somewhere else to get it toned dark because I didn't want to be so blonde! It wouldn't be the end of the world if she hadn't over bleach it so much. She used a heavy hand when applying the bleach and STARTED in the front and top section of my hair. This made the most visible parts of my hair the most damaged. I've never had a hairstylist start the highlighting process on the pieces around your Face. They completely fried while waiting on the back to "catch up". She then roughly scrapped/rubbed the bleach off the front, over-fried pieces with a towel which I'm sure caused even more breakage and damage. My hair is now gummy, elastic, broken, and frizzy. I hate it. I had to cut 5 inches off to attempt to make it better. It's been a month and I'm still SO upset which is why I'm finally writing a review. I paid $300 + $$ on repair products, just to ruin my healthy/natural looking hair. I'm still so dang upset and would do anything to go back and not walk into this salon that day.
