It took about 2-3 days to get a response after multiple attempts (DM, text, and phone call), which already made communication feel a bit unreliable. Eventually, I was able to connect with her and we moved forward. We paid for a consultation online and came in, which I completely understood given that this was our first time. After that, I scheduled an appointment for early March, but due to my work schedule (I work full-time), I had to reschedule to March 27th. My husband and I both took time off work and made the necessary arrangements to be there. When we arrived for our appointment, the stylist was not there. We were greeted by another woman and a small child, who informed us that the stylist might have been sick or was not working that day. While I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen, what was extremely frustrating was the complete lack of communication. I never received a call, text, or email notifying me that my appointment would be canceled or that she was unavailable--only confirmation messages reminding me to show up. This is now the second time I've come to this location without receiving a service, which ultimately wasted both my time and my husband's time, as we both had to adjust our work schedules. The lack of professionalism and communication made this a very negative experience overall. I truly value clear communication, especially when clients are taking time off work and trusting someone with a service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return.

I was recently diagnosed with cancer and wanted to mentally prepare myself for losing my long locks of hair. I caved and went to a nearby salon. I was pleasantly surprised when I found this place. I wanted to donate my hair and they offered a wide selection of charities to choose from-which is simply awesome! The owner was very supportive of my situation and offered to have me come back anytime to shampoo my hair after my surgery since I couldn't use my arms, as well as offered to shave my head free of charge once my chemo started. On top of the amazing staff, they did a great job with my cut and styling! I was worried about having short hair since my hair is so thick, but they made it look amazing.
