I have been coming here for years, as has my girlfriend. The guy is a genius at what he does and is…read morealways extremely helpful. He constructed an incredible heel for my girlfriend's favorite pair of boots and gave them another five years of life. Significantly cheaper than the other cobbler in town with none of the intense cowboy attitude. Just a master craftsman trying to solve whatever shoe/boot problems you might have. (Also, have never had an issue with timeliness -- not sure what the one star reviewer is talking about). Also, sells the best (German) insole inserts in town.

I brought in a single leather shoe that had a minor 3-4 inch seem that needed work. Owner told me…read moreit would be ready in a week and gave me a slip and took my phone number. 2 weeks went by and I decided to check in to see what the hold up was. I went inside thinking I had given him the wrong number. He told me he had trouble with it and he would have to glue it. He then recited my phone number and said he'd have it done soon. It has now been 4 weeks if not longer and I have not heard from him. I'm not sure if he needs help or just doesn't care. I haven't gotten my shoe back so now I'm going to buy new ones instead. Enjoy my shoe! I'd try the other cobbler in town.

My husband and I stopped in today looking forward to doing some shopping and purchasing a few items…read morebefore PBR. While browsing, I found a bolo tie I intended to buy and tried it on. A saleswoman with short brown hair and a stalkier build immediately came over and rather sternly told me I hadn't put it on correctly and that I may have ruined it. At first I was taken back, but I explained that I knew how to operate the clasp on the back and understood how to properly put on and remove a bolo, as I'm a local and familiar with them. Despite that, she continued to repeat that I may have ruined it instead of listening to what I was saying. At that point, I simply took the bolo off, called my husband back from shopping, and we left. It was disappointing because we had planned to spend a fair amount of money before PBR, but after that interaction, we no longer felt welcome. Customer service makes all the difference, and unfortunately this experience left us feeling embarrassed rather than appreciated as potential customers. We'll be choosing to support local businesses that make customers feel welcome and respected instead.

They have traditional items and some that are more modern and fun. Their clothes and accessories are reasonably priced for you get. Meaning that you can get skirts for around $90 and leather jackets for around $150, with leather jacket starting around $300. We loved and tried on several items, and ended up getting a denim skirt for me, a beautiful brown suede jacket with fur collar for my husband, and a turquoise and silver necklace for me, which was half price. Service was extremely friendly. Definitely worth checking out!
