Calling customer service is a never ending automated system designed to make you give up and hang up. Before I drive 10 miles one-way from south Irving, I'd like to be able to make a 20 second call to the bank and ask, "Is your antiquated coin machine working today?" Are YOU looking for a new bank? There was not even and option for a call back. I have set everything on my Mercedes online account to receive online monthly bills. I not only don't get them but I don't get a receipt from them when I send them the monthly money. If I don't pay for 2 months, guess what, I here from Mercedes Financial. This was months after the car had been charged off which was after they refused to accept payment. The violate the fair debt collection act and have called me in excess of 12 times per 7 day period The sent a vague repossession letter not stating where the car was, not giving a specific date it would be sold and also NOT listing an actual balance. They also stated in letter that if they received more than what the car was owed, they would EITHER pay me or pay "someone" but never named who that someone is. It could be the CEO, president or some other executive. They are frauds and predators. Upon calling the 3rd time (receiving different information yet again) they stated the car was workth $12k but i can pay $20K to get title, or pay $11k to get back in it an resume payments. Their departments give different information and none of it is accurate. I have reported them 3 times to the CFPB and WILL seek legal action soon. Class action is the name of the game and they must be stopped.
