Now, guess what's been "temporarily out of service" for over two weeks. For the last 5 years, it's been impossible to get a human employee on the phone. Calling customer service is a never ending automated system designed to make you give up and hang up. Before I drive 10 miles one-way from south Irving, I'd like to be able to make a 20 second call to the bank and ask, "Is your antiquated coin machine working today?" Are YOU looking for a new bank? There was not even and option for a call back. I have set everything on my Mercedes online account to receive online monthly bills. I not only don't get them but I don't get a receipt from them when I send them the monthly money. If I don't pay for 2 months, guess what, I here from Mercedes Financial. I suppose they are determining if I am a default risk and are preparing to do a repo. I just want to receive online invoices and receipts. No luck. Never a problem with Audi.
