Ken and his team at Rothmans went to work before I even arrived to help me assure me they had what I was looking for (a Navy tux). With their responsiveness and expansive selection/inventory I purchased a last minute train ticket with one destination in mind, Rothmans. Today, service and vision separate the good from the great. Ken and his team at Rothmans are not only experts, but they practice their craft with a level of passion and dedication I have never experienced. When I arrived I met my "fairy g-dshopper" Maris. Maris spent the next *3 hours* with me - as my mirror, consultant and guide she ensured that I took everything into consideration and cheered me along the way.
