Giant mango limb on roof after Helene. Called Sunday, left voicemail and text. Owner Chris Lashley at my door Monday am. Gave estimate and returned to retrieve limb. He sent the two lightest guys to walk my metal roof. They chopped limb, threw pieces down, chipped and hauled away. Got back up on roof and blew off debris. Crew of seven. Three trucks, a trailer and a chipper came for my job. They fit me in today. Gave estimate on extensive backyard cleanup and will schedule me in two weeks. Very happy with Bam's Tree Service. Chris is polite, considerate, organized, as were his employees. He told me if city didn't come in two weeks, he would return to remove what was left over. I had just bought my first home and needed a lot of tree work done in preparation for hurricane season and also for beautification. Chris came in to give me an estimate and was able to come a week later. They worked all day and did an amazing job! Trimmed all the trees as promised, and more. They cleaned up everything and got rid of most of the leaves in my property. A world of difference! I can't say enough good things about Chris and his team. From the minute they hopped out of the truck I was surrounded by 5 hard-working, very dedicated men. They went right to work and did a splendid and professional job. Each one had his own specialty and they worked together like clockwork, as a team. They were very knowledgeable and told me things about a couple of trees, taking time to share good information. One man even shaved off a small stump that was sticking up in the side yard and another one pulled out and discarded a small dead palm for me. When there was an unexpected cancellation he contacted me and asked if I wanted to have the work done sooner and offered me a discount to do so. Chris is such a kind person and did an amazing job on the ridiculous amount of trees surrounding my house. When hurricane season was looking like it was about to take off, I called maybe five different places to try to get some dead branches trimmed before it was too late. The first guy I talked to quoted me an outrageous price. Multiple thousands of dollars. The next guy blew me off two days back to back and never called. Chris came by and was on time, super detailed in what he expected to have to do for me, and came in at around half the first guy's price point. Work was done two days later, super quickly and he even had his team do a little extra. We loved the service so much, we called him up a couple weeks later to take out some trees in our back yard.
