The only issue we experienced was they initially drove the crane onto our lawn, which tore it up and cracked the sidewalk. When I called to let them know, there was no apology for the damage. Instead, I was told the city should handle the sidewalk. Then given the excuse of it was "thin and washed out underneath," was why it cracked easily. While we know our lawn isn't perfect, it was still frustrating to see it torn up. Also, the truck partially drove over our sewer line. Fortunately, there was no damage. It would've been appreciated if they had at least consulted us beforehand. We would've gladly let them use the driveway from the start, where they eventually moved the crane anyway. We weren't even aware the sidewalk was cracked until we noticed it ourselves later that day. Someone could've easily gotten hurt. Instead of the company reporting it, we had to reach out to the city ourselves to start the repair process. In the end, great work on the tree, but we were disappointed with lack of accountability for the damage caused.

I called and left a message for him after 5:00, when we came home from work and found this mess. He was out to my house the next morning to see what had to be done. And by 3:00 that afternoon when my husband got home from work, it was already done. First off, this company is professional, kind, polite, efficient and respectful. I can not express enough how pleasant the whole team was in handling a super stressful situation. I called other tree services in the past, and I can say they are well worth the money and absolutely not the most expensive, but I find them to be the best service. They arrived a few hours after Ed came by to assess everything. And came with a huge crane, several trucks, a crew of several guys, a chipper and a dump truck to haul all the tree parts away. Ed previously handled a Bamboo cluster gone wrong at my house. And he recently came back after my swimming/flying tree disaster, just before the storm hit, to clean up the overgrowth on my front yard trees. The more I think about what happened in the back yard, with a tree that simply got over weighted with wet foliage and split apart, the more I appreciate the service I got before the storms came. I could have had three more trees do the same, but land on my house instead. It was also insanely cool to watch them lift a tree up over our houses and place it in the yard to cut it up.

My opinion of course. James said he was super busy with the aftermath of the hurricane but he would get to me as soon as he was able. He came out once he was finally able to squeeze me in and went to work right away. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date of what he was doing. He even went above and beyond an created a berm around the tree to help during watering. Highly recommend!

He sent the two lightest guys to walk my metal roof. They chopped limb, threw pieces down, chipped and hauled away. Got back up on roof and blew off debris. Crew of seven. Three trucks, a trailer and a chipper came for my job. They fit me in today. Gave estimate on extensive backyard cleanup and will schedule me in two weeks. Very happy with Bam's Tree Service. Chris is polite, considerate, organized, as were his employees. He told me if city didn't come in two weeks, he would return to remove what was left over. But MATHEW, that guy is another level of hustle and hard work. He called me back within seconds. He was polite and friendly. He said "I'll give you an estimate shortly."
