Except for the warm (not hot) rice and the luke warm (not hot) bulgogi, the ingredients were cold. Cold. The spinach was cold. The sautéed mushrooms were cold. (And they were just either white mushrooms or Cremini.) The scrambled eggs (scrambled eggs?!) were COLD and unappetizing. The sautéed onions were cold. And of course, the ice berg lettuce (lettuce?!) was cold. Cold, mostly non-authentic or traditional ingredients. After eating half of it, I did not finish it. My friend offered me one of his 5 piece drumsticks. They were HUGE. I joked that he ordered turkey legs instead. The chicken was good. I'd give it 4 stars. My meal was brought out to me. Thanks! I asked if there were chopsticks. He pointed them out to me as he was returning to behind the counter, passing them along the way. I would have given him kudos if he would have just gotten a pair and brought them to me. Oh well, no biggie. Just shows a lack of stellar customer service is all. What saved my experience was going next door to Snelgroves for some ice cream. LOL Go there for the chicken, just not for the other menu items. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind.
