This is a good place to get some Che with lots of menu options. I just wish their hours were better. I feel like they are always closed when I try to go! There is a small amount of indoor seating available. It can get busy at times and while there is a parking lot, finding parking can be tough here.

Bambu is known for their chè. I've been here multiple times in the past and they never disappoint. Their desserts are very affordable and good. My favorites are #10 (Bambi favorite) and #15 (Avacado desserts). I also like their yogurt drinks. Service is always super quick and friendly, it's never a long wait even though they get busy.

The service here is pretty fast even though it can get packed on weekends. Parking is fine during the weekdays but be prepared to circle around on weekends. I come here mainly for chè but the kids also like their smoothies.

Super fast service, in and out. It was busy and drinks still came out quick. I need 85 characters and I'm out of things to say. lol

The older guy at the register is so nice! He was really patient and helpful with recommendations. We loved everything! I love coming here and have been stopping by whenever I am close by. Will be a forever customer! Love the drinks and hospitality!

Love Bambu! Lots of popular Vietnamese desserts and drinks. I come here for their Vietnamese coffee but also recommend the Avocado coffee smoothie as well! Parking can be a limited but there's usually parking somewhere. Just be careful where you park and keep an eye on your surroundings. A few tables inside and sometimes outside. Please note they do close early like at 4pm, so good early in the day for your caffeine or in the afternoon for your dessert!

I love all the dessert drinks here. They have expanded their menu since it opened awhile ago. They have fruit smoothies as well as coffee and boba. Their service is usually pretty quick, but there was one day that I went and waited 10minutes too long. The person that took my order actually forgot to make my drink and I didn't realize it until I saw 4-5 people after me getting their orders. She apologized and although I was a little annoyed, I realized that it could have happened to anyone when restaurants get busy. It's always busy when I'm here but it's a good sign when I hear a lot of vietnamese in the background. I wish I lived closer, I'd be here everyday.

Quick stop to grab smoothies, Vietnamese desserts, coffee, etc. favs #10 Bambu fav & large hazelnut coffee blended w/boba. They used to have large Che but not anymore so sometimes I'd order two #10! Gotta make sure you get there before 4pm!

Fast service, drinks always the same consistency. I would highly recommend if looking for a little drink dessert.

This rating is solely for the durian shake. 0 stars. Very very light durian flavor. Well blended but almost tasteless. Service was good hence the 2 stars. Place was busy though. They have seats so you to sit and eat or drink. I guess I should have gotten something else.

Service: the service was standard. Fast and efficient Ambiance: there was a good amount of seating but nothing special Taro Lover: this drink was very good as it wasn't too sweet (adjusted) and the taro was light and flavorful. We really enjoyed it. Smashed Avocado: this drink was also not too sweet and the toppings paired very well with the avocado. One thing I wish was different was that it was a bit too thick for my liking and made it a bit difficult to drink.

Was so happy to learn that there was a Bambu in Sacramento. Really love their different types of che and this location was busy but service was quick and it didn't take too long for them to make my order. I got the summer delight and it was delicious!

I originally came in fully committed to ordering the Bún Bò Huế (P4), but the moment I heard about the $3.50 giant rib add-on, all bets were off. I switched to the P1 Combo Pho just so I could have that massive, fall-off-the-bone rib soaking in that rich, aromatic broth and it was absolutely worth it. The broth was deeply savory and comforting, layered with flavor without being overly salty, and that rib took things to another level. Tender, meaty, and perfectly braised, it made each bite feel extra indulgent. My boyfriend went with the bánh mì pork sandwich, and we added fried egg rolls for the table. The bánh mì had that perfect balance of crispy baguette, juicy pork, and fresh pickled veggies, while the egg rolls came out hot, crunchy, and packed with flavor. We also got the chance to meet the owner/chef and had such a great conversation, which made the whole experience feel even more personal. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the night. Safe to say, this spot continues to deliver -we'll definitely be back for more.

The broken rice plates also remind me of the places my mom took me to in Westminster and Garden Grove growing up. We ordered the combo pho, and the broth was surprisingly bland & lacking the depth and richness you'd expect. The meat was tough, there was barely any tripe, and no tendon at all, which was disappointing for a "combo." I also requested less noodles, but that adjustment was mistakenly given to my husband's bowl instead. Not a huge issue on its own, but it added to the overall experience. That said, the menu offers a wide variety of broken rice dishes, so it seems like that might be more of their specialty. If I were to return, I'd probably try one of those instead of the pho.

After removing all the fat from the sandwich I had what amounted to about 2oz of meat on the entire $14 sandwich. It's apparent from small things that the owners are being really cheap and trying to fool people into thinking the place is classy. All the ceramic plates had deep chips, they used plastic ramekins, served the fatty meat used for flavoring pho as roast beef, and the minuscule happy hour portions (I'm looking at you single spring roll cut in half with a squiggle of sauce!!!). I didn't go in expecting authentic flavors or a screaming deal, but it didn't expect to be blatantly ripped off and lied to. The bill showed up and they had decided taking $8 off the $14 French dip (That had more fat than meat) was acceptable despite telling me it wouldn't be on the bill. I tried to eat it but spent most of my time tearing big chunks of fat away from the tiny pieces of beef. I left half the sandwich, a pile of fat, and the over fried, stale taro fries on the plate. I guess the meager half sandwich I ate was worth $6 to them. Not

It was a bummer when they told us they didn't make ox tail or bum rieu today. Instead we ordered beef tartare, beef pho and shaken beef with rice. The beef tartare was this sliced raw beef with onion, herbs and lime which made the dish rich and savory. The pho was mediocre and same goes for the shaken beef, but both dishes were still tasty enough. During our time there, the server did not check on us or refill our water. I'm not going to take off any stars or anything, because hey, misunderstandings happen, and it was still an amazing sandwich. They gave me a number, and it was a short wait for my sandwich. Between the registers and the people making the sandwiches in back, it's like an assembly line operation. They are quick, and the prices are extremely reasonable. The sandwich was very large, The bread was still warm. I took the sandwich home, but I ate the bao bun on the way home. It was very good. The bun had a good consistency, and the chicken was excellent. Seasoned well, just the right amount of breading, and tender on the inside. When I got the banh mi home, that's when I discovered the mixup. But I enjoyed it just as much. The egg was fluffy, and the pork was excellent. . It was a little bit sweet, like a Char siu. The pork was also very tender. The veggies were fresh. There was generous Portions. I was only going to eat half, but it was so good, I ended up eating the whole thing.
