If you are looking for some Pho in Haarlem and you are used to good Pho, you must come here…read more I just walked in and asked for some Pho Ga and they were more than happy to make some homestyle Pho as spicy and delicious as back in Seattle. It is very hard to find even decent Pho in Amsterdam and Haarlem has even fewer places but this hidden gem has more than set the bar for good Vietnamese cuisine in Haarlem and possibly Amsterdam. If you are looking for an appetizer, try the fried spring rolls (which have a vegetarian option) and you will certainly enjoy them. Ask for some added spice to almost any dish and the staff will be happy to throw some "sate" into the dish (sate is a spicy oily side sauce that can be added to a dish, not to be confused with the more common peanut sauce variety found in the Netherlands). Stop in and have a Saigon or a Heineken while enjoying some good food on the front patio.
