We had just come back from our trip to Orange County where we devoured lots of delicious Vietnamese food and Che so we were coming from a high state of Viet cuisine. Overall: Ecstatic to have tried this place. I used to have a go-to place for che near Federal Blvd until they stopped offering it on their menu. I've been making Che Thai at home but probably going to come here since they have so many flavor combos. Food & drinks: -Avo-coffee - Avocado smoothie with coffee jellies. This family owned business @arvadabambu opened their doors in December of last year. Manned by a husband and wife team. Their Bubble Waffles with vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzle is probable a few clouds before heaven. Now the waffle mochi with Ube Ice cream is something that's chewy and so addicting! The ube ice cream topped off an already excellent eats. The Drinks: The Chè was my favorite. It's loaded with a variety of fruits with and shave ice on top. The Fizzy Sparkling refresher was new to us. My second favorite. Futures tries will be their Bambu Halo Halo and their Yonami which is a Vietnamese inspired yogurt. We're so happy that there's a Bambu in Colorado. Loved it in Hawaii and San Antonio so you can imagine my excitement when we stumbled upon this while in Denver. This location is in a small shopping complex so parking is no problem. There's lots of seating and games for kids to enjoy. It had a relaxing vibe so you don't feel rushed to leave. The two gentlemen that were working were so friendly and answered any questions we had. We ordered an ube halo halo, smashed avocado, durian smoothie and Vietnamese coffee. Everything tasted great. I tried Bambu for the first time in LA (and loved it) and never thought a location would open up in Arvada, so when I saw this place pop up on Google Maps, I no joke made a beeline for it right away. I was mainly there for the che, but also got a lychee milk tea to try out. Both were really good! The summer delight che I got was stacked with all the jellies and goodness. The milk tea had great lychee and tea flavor. They were both perfectly balanced with their ratios. I shared it with my partner as well, who had never had che before, and he really liked it. A few days after trying it, he said he was craving more of it. Drove 30 minutes from Denver just to try this place. And it didn't disappoint. If you're Vietnamese and you're craving that "Che" dessert this place is so good. Ingredients tasted fresh. Wasn't too sweet or too light on the coconut cream. Staff are nice. Store was clean and huge.
