The starter has failed and been replaced three times, the battery was replaced, the AC recently had to be worked on , the rear seatbelt sensors malfunction , and the radio constantly cuts in and out on resulting in loss of GPS functions during road trips. Most dangerously, my kids and I have been left stranded at traffic lights and stranded in a parking lot when the started on/off feature malfunctions and the car decides to not turn on. ​Every single time we bring the car in, the service department just patches the issue and sends us on our way, only for the exact same problems to return a few months later. ​When we finally sought real help, or so we thought the General Manager Melvin B. completely dismissed our safety concerns. We were essentially told to go elsewhere if we are unhappy with the sevice dept at Coggin or start a new lease and get rid of this car--requiring us to pay out-of-pocket for a vehicle default we didn't cause.
