As a Vette owner we take our svc serious . Christina explained in detail what the Bulletin (TSB) 18-NA-355 was and then quoted me a very fair price promised me the car no later than the next day 1pm and it was Done! I found a place that I trust with my car! The service was excellent Christina was professional the tech that worked on my car professional this place rocks ! Jeff seemed more focused on asserting that the dealership is backed by a Fortune 500 company and that my counter offer was completely too low rather than having a respectful conversation. He also claimed they "can't afford to lose more than $500 on a vehicle," which felt contradictory and dismissive, as that was the only discount that was placed on the vehicle of interest. Asking for a little wiggle room on pricing apparently doesn't sit well here--at least not with Jeff. I attempted to express my dissatisfaction to a sales manager, but unfortunately, that led nowhere. It seems that customer concerns aren't taken seriously at this location. So if you're hoping for a professional and courteous buying experience, I suggest proceeding with caution--or looking elsewhere.

I was told by the customer service representative Dennis, said that they had a waiting room with snacks and tea coffee it was complementary . The customer service Representatives Dennis also helped me with another issue that I had with my battery .Dennis told me that the battery was the wrong size and not secure in place the right way! Since then, the truck has been sitting there for over four months while they go back and forth with the extended warranty company that they themselves sold to me as part of the purchase. Meanwhile, I've been left without the vehicle I bought and paid for. To put it plainly: I owned the truck for one week, and it has now been in their service department for four months. I have essentially been unable to use the vehicle for the vast majority of the time I've owned it. What makes the situation even worse is the lack of communication and accountability from management. I have repeatedly called the dealership trying to speak with someone in management, and my calls were never returned. Getting anyone to follow up has been nearly impossible. When I finally went to the dealership in person to try to get answers, management seemed completely unconcerned. The showroom wasn't busy, and several people appeared to simply be sitting around, yet no one seemed interested in helping resolve a situation involving a truck that has been sitting in their service department for months. The entire situation has turned into a constant loop between the dealership and the warranty company while I, the customer, am stuck in the middle. The truck just sits there, and months go by with no real resolution. When you buy a vehicle and purchase the extended warranty offered by the dealership, you expect that if something goes wrong, it will actually help resolve the issue. Instead, it has resulted in months of delays and frustration while the dealership and warranty provider sort things out among themselves. A truck that you only get to drive for one week before it spends four months sitting in a service department -- with little communication and virtually no urgency from management -- is simply unacceptable.
