When I came to the shell the guy working here was outside right by the gas pumps smoking a cigarette.

Had difficulty with this gas station car wash. The machine is cutting off in mid operation and the attendant told me that I didn't position my car when the red light to stop appeared. I also go to the other car wash at Lake Murry & Parkway Drive and I never have this problem. This malfunction at 5261 Baltimore Drive Shell. I went in to ask a simple question about my charge for gas because I got a text from my bank. All i wanted was a verification on what they saw on their end. This shell is pretty convenient in the area that it is in. There aren't too many other gas stations around and the prices isn't outrageous. The entrance to the shell gets a little tricky because either you enter from a not so public street or have to watch out when entering from Baltimore that no one turns into you. One thing, sometimes, I see bums hanging around that area and kids too, so I wouldn't stay around there for too long/ read more

Theresa is the best and most observant cashier i've ever seen! I was there last night got gas and a car wash and having so many things on my mind i went to get the car washed before pumping my gas. Theresa who noticed the situation stopped the lady from pumping gas from my purchase, and i wa able to get the amount credited back to my card and re purchase my gas. Thank god Theresa was working and not a cashier who doesn't care or i would have been out 40 dollars and would have no one to blame but myself! read more

I have used this car wash many times and never had a problem until today. It washed and rinsed my car, but did not dry it. The green light came on and never dried my car. I went inside to tell the older bearded man that it was broke. He watched the monitor and told me it's not broken. The customer behind me was telling the man that she drove in and it kept saying to back up. He runs outside to try and fix it or something. There were 2 gentlemen waiting in line as well, maybe to get gas. The bearded man comes back and said he fixed it, but the car on the monitor was still clearly having problems. He gives me another code and I tell him it's still broke and I just want my money back. He starts to yell at me that the gentlemen behind me spend $5000 a day here. What the hell does that have to do with anything?!? He was very disrespectful to me and I will tell everyone what terrible customer service that place has! read more

Had been in a long car ride and my wife and I decided to make a quick pit stop and fill up the car. I decide to grab a drink with a 20 dll bill I had and fill up outside at the pump with my card, but the rude cashier denied my 20 saying he had no change for me. He then swore to God that he didn't have change for me. Excuse me? This is a gas station, you have cash going in and out continuously by the hour. This was at 6:30 pm mind you, peak cash flow hour. I don't know if my appearance gave him a wrong idea about me, or whatever, but I was insulted. It's 90 degrees out bro, tanks are in! I happen to have 10 years working at a gas station also, and so seeing how this embarrassing excuse of a man denied my money for a drink got me worked up. If I could give them zero stars I would. It's Christmas Eve when my bf and I stopped here for gas on our way home. While pumping gas my bf was going to go inside to get a drink and use the bathroom. The old cashier with a beard was outside and told him "sorry we are closed" even tho there is a 24hr sign on the window. My bf said whatever and came back to the car. While we waited for the gas to finish we watched another guy go inside, buy stuff and leave. So my bf went back thinking maybe it was because the guy was on break. He opened the door and the cashier said "I'm closed." My bf questions him about the guy before and the cashier said "I'm closed to YOU. I don't have to explain my self." My bf responded with "I'm a paying customer. I just want to use the bathroom." And the cashier told him "if you have a problem you can meet me when I get off. Now get off my property before I call the cops." Don't go here. He should be fired or shutdown. read more

Great location the employees however seem to be a little "slow" if you catch my drift. Theyre more preoccupied with watching people pump gas than customer service. I ran out of gas here and my debit card wouldnt work luckily for me a kind lady at the pump next to me realized my situation and helped me out . The next week i went in and the gas station attendant refused to sell me gas. This place is a joke and its employees take their jobs a little to serious. They work at a gas station. Not at the cia or fbi. Im all for special people getting jobs but to have some of these guys there working by them selves its a wonder this place is still standing. read more
