Not the easiest spot to get in and out of but it does have an excellent location in terms of being literally right off the freeway. Prices are a bit up there but they also have a fully stocked convenience store with a wide selection of adult beverages. Service is great. Quality of everything is as expected. Overpriced gas. Should have gone to my normal place, it's almost a dollar cheaper per gallon

I have been to this gas station multiple times as it is close to where I live. The attendants are nice enough and I like that it's close to the freeway. My gripe is with the car wash. This morning was the third time the car wash just stops a few minutes in. I needed to get to work otherwise I would have bitched at the attendants as it is a complete waste of money. 9$ for a literal rinse. 3rd time shame on me. I will not be back. read more

Came here to get gas and a much needed car wash. This was the closest Shell service station near by. We were near Mission Gorge Rd. Yelp directed us here. As we pull up, hubby puts gas in my car. I was in need of gas because the needle was almost on empty. My car was dirty and needed a wash. After he put gas, he chose a car wash on the monitor. I got the super wash. As we pull up to the car wash line, there were two cars in front of me which seemed like forever! It probably took 20 minutes for each car to get washed depending on what wash you get. I had to turn off my engine to save me from wasting gas. I finally got to the front. I waited for the car in front of me to be done. I punched in my code and drove up. Soap and water rinse my car. After 5 minutes of that, the air dryer comes on and goes back and forth twice to dry my car. It did a pretty descent job. At least my car is clean and ready to go. I didn't have to deal with an attendant inside so I really couldn't rate the service inside. This Shell service station gave me gas in my car and a descent car wash. Honestly I don't think I will be back. This location is far. Just came here for gas and a wash as we traveled by. read more

This is just your average gas station, but with a couple of twists. 1. They surcharge your credit and debit cards for some added fees. 2. The employees are rude, obnoxious, and smug. Besides that, the gas seems to burn OK in my internal combustion engine, and the car wash seemed to clean my car. I will go somewhere else, though, since the least you might expect are workers who are not asses. read more

Easy access right off the freeway for a quick in and out sufficiently done car wash. My new go to. It's does everything for you. Simply pull in and leave. Dries for you too. Well, let me begin by saying this, i was driving late at night and was heading home but my car was marking it needed gas so I stopped here to get a little bit of gas because gasoline is so expensive at this time and I wanted to wait till tomorrow to go to Costco and fill my gas tank. After I paid with my card I noticed my car was still marking I needed gas and the needle didn't move at all and this was the first time it didn't move after putting a little and I thought maybe it didn't give me my gas I paid for because it happened to a family member once at a shell as well and I asked the big tall old guy working there if I could get my money back and he just gave me a nasty attitude and responded "give me my gas back" and just made me feel bad about myself, and just told me to put $40 to see if the pump will put gas or not, and instead of helping me to see how to resolve this problem or misunderstanding he just told me "what you want me to do about it." The cashier, Erik, apparently doesn't know the difference between the express wash and deluxe wash.

The only reason I went to this gas station is because the other Shell gas station car wash was out of order the other one is (way newer) too. Do yourself a favor and don't waist your time not only does this car wash leave your car dirty it will damage your car. I had a bad experience with Eric he is a real piece of work Kelly is the man that found my plate after it was knocked off keep in mind the other car wash does not knock items off your car like this one does. So I notice my plate is missing the next day I go over to the gas station to get my plate Kelly tells me he recovered it and has it for me I was so happy when I knew he was watching out for me, I go look out side where he said it was it was gone as far as I know the Owner stole it. They keep other knocked off plates inside but left mine outside to get stolen. I gave the owner a chance to rectify the situation and pay for me to get a new plate he told me to F4ck off and take him to court. dont eve ho here its way over priced too real Jerks to care about anybody els but themselves. I have lived by the Lake Murray Shell station for 30 years and have frequented the station for everything but gas, cigarettes, coffee, lighter, sunglasses, etc. I know Erik very well from my nearly daily visits to the station and the person described in these bad reviews I have never encountered even one time. I think an evil entity must have taken over his body that day, Erik has continuously provided me with excellent customer service with a smile. Give the guy a break people. read more

Convenient location, being right off the freeway and on the way to my house. What I dislike about it, which many gas stations do, is that because the location is convenient being next to the freeway, they charge at least $.10-.20 more than a gas station you can drive a little inland for. The cashier with the glasses seems to think his job is one of the toughest things in the world ... However the other cashiers are cool the one that works during weekdays apparently is amongst the elite gas station attendants in the world and refuses to provide anything but the minimum amount of customer service. Gas is gas but that dudes a straight up ass. I brought a pickup truck in for a car wash. The truck has no dents or dings or scratches, but is not new. After going through the car wash, it had black marks the whole length of the truck on the drivers side. I spoke to the manager, who all but accused me of lying would do nothing to correct the problem and defended his position with a smirk on his face. To be fair, the marks can probably be buffed off and I will take it to a car wash that cares about its customers to have it done properly. This guy all but accused me of lying, which was the most annoying part of the whole ordeal. $6.00 or $60, I expect a merchant to take responsibility for damage done by their machines. I do not recommend this place for any service. And shame on them for bad customer care. read more
