What a fantastic and fun experience. I totally recommend this place. I went with a group, and we all had a great time. The place was busy but not too much, manageable. They ran a special for 50% off at the beginning and every week after that was 40%, 30% and so on.

The museum has been on my to do list for a bit and kept seeing it on Instagram. Fun time in the white ball pit and the swings under the light show. Mostly kids here but not really an adult activity anyways. Had a good time playing in the rooms with my hubby but for the $42 price tag it was a one time thing. Parking was expensive.

This exhibit was so much fun!!! Located at Mana Wynwood Convention center, there is a private lot for it, but since it's located in Wynwood there is also plenty of street parking available. I came with a group of friends and we purchased our tickets online in advance and each adult ticket was about $56. They require time slots to ensure the exhibits are not over crowded at any point in time which we realized was very helpful while we were there. Once we entered the convention center, we made the line and were led into the first room and from then on we were able to walk into each next room at our own pace which was nice because we weren't being rushed despite the time slots on our tickets. There was at least one attendant in each room where the art exhibit was not meant to be touched or stood on. There were so many interesting photo and video opportunities throughout the exhibit. Which was awesome, but experiencing it is completely different (videos and pictures are not as fun. Some of the installations are interactive and of course this is a family friendly exhibit so that is something to keep in mind as there were a lot of children present and at moments it was very loud and rowdy. My only complaint is that the only way to get to the bathroom was either way the very beginning or very end of the experience, so if you needed to use the bathroom halfway through, you would have to walk through the entire museum to get to the restroom. At the very end there is a gift shop where they had tons of balloon art, toys and cute trinkets for purchase. They also had a seating area and a cafe with some sandwiches, pastries and refreshments. Overall a cool experience and I would recommend this to anyone with children, or someone looking for a cute date idea.

Mostly all new art installations since last time they were in town. I think there were only two that were previously there. Being here makes you feel like a kid again! It was a great time for all and will definitely be coming back!

I went to the ballon museum when it first opened and I enjoyed it. So much so that I returned when they opened again. I went on Saturday morning so it wasn't too packed. Each room was different and interactive. My favorite part was the butterfly swing and the room with the floating latex balloons. For some room, they kept the same concept but still made it different. For example, the ball pit. They had the ball pit both times but each time was a different color and different light show. If you're looking for something different to do, this is a great option.

Had so much fun and super kid friendly, the kids loved it. Fun activity to do with the fam and friends. The exhibits were super fun!

HAD A BLAST!!! Comprised of interactive installations, photo opps, digital art, and inflatable art.. you will find the experience to b one that is fun, entertaining, and definitely memorable. We came midweek, and I think that was a great choice as we avoided the lines, long waits, and the other things that come with big crowds. Even with no lines it took us about an hour and a twenty minutes to get through everything, so there is definitely a lot to do.. PROTIP: If you can find street parking, it's highly recommended because the dedicated parking lot is always expensive and the rate goes up during the busier days in wynwood

Museum was amazing and great for all ages. Negative- parking at the venue is expensive and disorganized so park outside.

Things to know: parking is $20 and they hassle you like they're the ones getting paid, the concession is at the end of the museum right by the exit & there is a food truck outside accessible before entry. If you take your time you can be in there for about two hours. The exhibitions are immersive, the ball pit would've been better if people know how to behave and listened to the staff. I enjoyed this museum and wish they would've had the opportunity for a Photo Booth.

Balloon Museum is located in Wynwood at the Mana Convention Center. It's a temporary pop-up art installation that started New York and Atlanta and now Miami. Before it came into town, there was a waitlist that you could sign up for to get 50% off tickets. Official opening day was on June 22nd and they're here until October 6th. I remember seeing photos from the New York pop-up and it looked super cool. There is this ridiculous ball pit room that was massive and it just looked so cool. I knew we had to check this out. When you buy tickets, you're buying for a certain timeslot on a certain date. Tickets range from adult, children, family, package, and Florida residents. Tickets are non-refundable but you can purchase insurance on the tickets in case something happens and you can't make your date/time. Insurance is only $10 and worth it for peace of mind. Otherwise, if you don't use your tickets, you can use it for a different date/time. Inquire within. There are so many different art installation rooms and so many cool photo opportunities. Everything is INSTAGRAMMABLE!!! It's so hard to pick a favorite room!. My tips include Swing, Canopy, ADA, Hyperstellar and Perpetual Ballet. My most favorite room is hands down Hyperstellar which is the ball pit room. You'll see once you walk in there. The Balloon Museum is absolutely worth it and has so many fun ways to create memories and take cool photos/videos. It's a bonus that we got a discount on the tickets We could spend all day here. They estimate about 1.5 hours to see everything, we took our time, had fun and took 2.5 hours. It can get very crowded so be ready. At the end of the museum, they have about 12 different cubicles for photo opps. Like more photo opps if you can believe that. It's quite smart actually. There is also a Balloon Shop and some concessions at the Balloon Bar. Very cool and interactive museum. Highly recommended. It was pretty crowded for the second day of opening so I'm sure the remainder of the time that it's here, it'll be pretty packed. Get your tickets while you can!

I wish Yelp could provide 1/2 ratings, I give this a 4.5 stars! This is an interactive museum with over 15 different inflatable artworks to photograph and play with located at the Mana in Wynwood. I absolutely loved it! It is family friendly so bear that in mind Here's what you should know! -Tickets: $44 per Adult, $33 per Child, $41 for FL Residents & Students on Weekends! Prices are cheaper during the weekdays! - Parking also varies during the time of the week for 8 hours sessions on-site for $40 , so take advantage of street parking! - A 3rd of your visit will have your shoes covered to keep the floors clean, but it is slippery so be careful! - You can stand up in the ball pit so it's not super deep! I recommend getting in the pit first safely before falling back lol! - Tickets are on sale until October with room for extension!

Fun experience! Kid friendly. Many activities to do. Go with friends and family and take bunch of pictures. Some employees would rush you out of some areas Beware of the parking. They will charge you $26 to park over the weekend. Park on the street and pay street parking. Approx $3/hour

    Jordan P.

I absolutely loved this museum. So sad it ended this past weekend. It had a lot to do inside and was a very big museum. I've been to some in Miami that are expensive and super small. I can't wait for this one to come back.

    The art. :)))

The setting and location could not be better - totally breathtaking. Views of the causeway and Biscayne Bay / Downtown Miami are amazing. The architectural details with concrete and MCM inspired wooden accents are just perfect. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and definitely added to our experience, and the gift shop is great. The restaurant is excellent and has a thoughtful menu, with several items that are inspired by pieces from the permanent collection. The sports art exhibit took much more space than I would have liked. There is a LOT of money in Miami, and I would have expected a permanent collection or even visiting exposition that would rival museums in New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC. - modern art, Impressionism, renaissance, or other fine art would be incredible. That being said, I will definitely return to enjoy the museum, and look forward to seeing where their artistic directors take things in years to come!
