I got a rhinestone laden lanyard for my work badge that gets me tons of compliments! Staff is always very nice and willing to help. They also have a rewards program that averages the amounts you spend over 10 visits and gives you that average in store credit to spend on more merchandise! My biggest issue is the way the store is now set up. Very inefficient. In the past before they moved to this building you were able to walk in and find what you needed on the racks, try those items on your kid, check out and leave. Never took more than 20 minutes even on a bad day. This efficient way of shopping is no longer available here... Now when you arrive you have to put your name on a wait list, sit and wait to be helped by one of the very nice employees, which depending on when you go in could be up to 45-1 hr wait, then you have to wait again while the sweet employee goes to the back of the warehouse to get your sizes, then you have to wait again if you need different sizes, then you have to wait again in line to check out. I guess I am of the mind set that if you have to "keep waiting" even if you are being helped it is not as good as if you could go and get what you need and get in and get out. I have to make sure I have a lot of time on my hands before I can make a trip to Buckhead Uniforms these days. I did ask the manager why they changed it to this model when they moved to this new building and she said it was because before customers would leave the clothing items in the wrong places, in the fitting rooms, make a mess of things, etc and this way everything stays neat and organized. I see her point however with as many salespeople they have now hired to help you would think they could use those same employees to keep the store straightened like they do in the department stores. If it wasn't for the nice employees this would have been a 1 star review.

When I went to pick it up, however, the size of the letters had been changed to a much smaller size without my approval. I let them know that is not what I asked for, not what I paid for, and not what I approved. The owner, Lisa was cold and unapologetic. I asked her why I wasn't contacted because I would have said no to the smaller size. She didn't have an answer. Now my expensive jersey is ruined. She was rude and offered my money back for the embroidery only but told me the ruined jersey was my problem. I've been a customer here for years but will be looking for a new embroidery company now.
