Will definitely come back for every pair of running shoes I ever buy for the rest of my life. Very beautiful store also super clean. Felt welcomed as soon as I walked it. John also was helpful. So cool! So we go in and the young lady that's in the store her name is Emi was so nice and polite and immediately told us that she would be right with us. So my daughter is browsing around the store to find her clothes and we go up to the register to pick out her dance shoes. Emi was very helpful, she even helped my daughter try on her shoes and laced them for her. I pull out my phone to check in and!! ((((((Walah))))) a store coupon on behalf of yelp and Dance FX!! Emi told me she wasn't sure if they still took it but took down my phone number and email address because she had to contact the store owner. I said it was no biggie because I like the store and she was really sweet. Well a few days later Emi emailed me and apologized for not being able to take my coupon and assured me that the next time I came that I could use it. COOL!

I have been to this location a handful of times, and not ONCE does anyone in this store ask anyone if they need help. Never in my life have I ever visited any shoe store that didn't have any staff, besides someone who works the cash register. Although the guy at the register was helpful, it's just sad that coming here, you are completely on your own. What was even more strange is that the shoe I did end up getting was cheaper on their website than inside this warehouse outlet of theirs. So keep this in mind, prices in stores are not necessarily lower than their website. [Review 747] - 20th Review of 2025

BACK UP PLEASE, I AM AN EXPERIENCED SHOPPER!…read more This is a new store that is now located in Sugarloaf Mills next to Off Broadway Shoes. Even though it is a brick and mortar store, it seems to have no on-line presence, (No specific listing or phone number). I am not sure what that means but I did want to post this review anyway. If you have issues with people following you around while you are shopping, avoid this store. It is wide open and just one huge space. The salesperson is very aggressive and bored so she will follow you around encouraging you to "Just buy it, buy two". Really annoying but I didn't feel that it was racially motivated You will be tempted to walk into this store because they have some really nicely crafted bags. They are uniquely designed and very creative but ARE NOT made of leather. Although I enjoyed looking at them, I only purchase quality leather bags. As I was pointing this out to the employee she insisted that the bags are made of leather and of course I said "No they're not" and then after touching them she said "Well, they are almost leather". Girl bye!! Much of what you see here is not leather. Yes, they have some leather bags but they are rather boring. Also, they are not prominently displayed but are tucked away on shelves and you will have to go in and look for them. They do have some great leather jackets for men with great details, (deep inside pockets), bold colors like bright blue. The women's collection contained cute moto jackets in bright red and other colors. They will cost you $400. The prices for the jackets start at $99 but be careful because this store does not allow returns, only exchanges. Good luck dodging the walking bullet! *** You will find a selection of leather accessories like leather wallets, small clutch bags, luggage and card holders also available.
