All of the employees are very attentive and asked me how I was doing and what I was looking for. An awesome employee also took me to a computer that you step on and it basically gives you a report of how you walk. Based on this report you pick from a variety of shoes on the wall. You then go through the process of trying on each shoe and seeing how they feel in the color selections as well. The shoes are a little pricey, but are absolutely worth it in the long run if you value the quality of comfort. I will absolutely be going back for another pair!

I arrived here and both clerks had other customers but I waited and browsed around the store. The wait was not long and was well worth the time. I explained some foot issues I have and they knew exactly what I was talking about and made recommendations about shoes after sizing me on the stand-up machine. The store associate never became hurried or rushed me and allowed me to try on multiple shoes that she recommended. In total, she probably spent thirty minutes with me as I tried each pair of shoes and walked around the store in them before making my selection. I came into Fleet Feet in Lawrenceville looking for shoes for myself and my three daughters, and Kaylee was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to listen to what we needed, answer all of our questions, and help us find the perfect shoes. We never felt rushed or like we were just another customer. What impressed me even more was watching her multitask. While she was helping my family, there was also a sweet older couple in the store who needed assistance, and Kaylee handled everything so professionally and gracefully. She somehow managed to give everyone the attention they deserved while making each customer feel important and taken care of. That really stood out to me! Kaylee is truly a wonderful representative of Fleet Feet. She was friendly, informative, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we found exactly what we needed. I just want to first point out, that customer service was awful and they made me feel uncomfortable. Here is why, as soon as I walk in I was not greater even though there was three people on the floor. I mind you, they greeted at least 3 customers that walked in before me. I am not sure if it's because I wasn't dress casual. I just got off work so I had my uniform on and a work shoes. But for the 20 minutes I was looking for clothes and shoes. No one bothered to ask me if I need anything. I went straight to the shoes section because I saw this shoes that I liked. I know the lady that works there saw me but she left, I needed to ask what sizes they have left. So instead of them coming up to me, I had to follow them around to ask. Then, I have noticed that all of the girls that was working there asked everyone if they need a fitting room or would like to start one. They passed me three times and no one came and asked me if I need a fitting room. I'm telling you i was next to this girl who was also shopping and they (girls that works there) asked her if she wants to start a fitting room. I ended up buying this romper without trying it on. Then when I was about to check out I was standing in front of the cashier for at least fives minutes waiting for someone to check me out. Two girls that was working there was talking in front of me. I had to finally ask the girl that I was ready to check out. Then after that, they started being nice to me. I just feel very disappointed because I have never in my life felt the way I felt coming to this store. Part of me feels like they were discriminating me because of how I look and how I was dress. I was in my uniform so it wasn't the prettiest thing. But anyway I just wanted to let you all know how I felt after shopping here. Maybe they will have a better customer service if I was dress up.
