Four years ago, I left a 5 star review for this business. A…read moreweek and a half ago, Cliff's team consisting of an electrician and a helper came to my home to install ONE ceiling junction box in the kitchen connected to ONE light switch. There is plenty of attic space above, and a void in the wall behind the electrical switch that wouldn't have required drilling through any fireblocks. They didn't have to hang the light fixture. Was billed 2.5 labor hours for the electrician at $175/hour and 2.5 hours for the helper at $75/hour. Plus $175 for parts. Total cost $690! Called Cliff. He said that sounded high. He spoke to the electrician who insisted the job took that long. After a few phone calls, Cliff ended up taking $100 off the job. Thank you!

The 1st ballast didn't work, he had 2 or 3 other small jobs to do, then came back at 4pm. This was a Friday....Jeremy came back with a whole new 8 foot light. Now the "fun": the ceiling has non moving metal spacers with the old fashioned large plastic tiles. That break easily....after much knocking and banging bc they didn't come apart, they were in channel-like settings, he got the light in. Now the other "fun" part: putting it all back together. Well, he did. And I turned the light on this morning, and when I did, vhow nice and bright it was. THANK YOU, Jeremy!!!

I am in the final stages of selling a property and Carlos led his team to do a thorough electrical inspection and fix a list of requests from the buyers. He found many things that the house inspector overlooked, and we were able to take care of many issues to bring the property up to code - safety wise. But what is more impressive, is that Carlos heard arcing from the main panel, realized we had a much bigger issue, communicated all of this quickly! He caught was noone else did and probably saved the property from a much bigger isseu! Larry professionally and immediately facilitated ALL of the behind the scenes maneuvering to get power restored in the same week. I know this was a record timewise, and while it might not be repeatable every time for issues outside their control- Larry took it upon himself to do all that was possible to align the utilities and the city, to make it the shortest possible duration. AND Carlos and his team went so far above and beyond to fix all the issues and restore power correctly. He met with pool technician, solar technician and all worked together to make sure all the systems would be working as needed! They are a top notch operation all around and would highly recommend. He was so thorough and showed us pricing for various things they recommended vs. fixing the bare minimum. I liked the thorough break down. While he was here I had him look at a loose outlet I'd had issues with since I had bought my home. I had another electrician come out and look at it before and he is the one that left it loose. The prior electrician couldn't figure out why the bottom socket didn't work. Mike looked it over for maybe five seconds max and knew what caused the issue instantly. He replaced the whole socket and he explained step by step as he installed the new one, because I was curious about it. I was really happy with the service and will be using them going forward.

Since I couldn't be home, my wife met with him, and she was very impressed by how respectful, personable, and professional he was. His attitude and professionalism (toward a woman) played a big part in our decision to hire KCG. The project included upgrading our electrical panel from 100 to 200 amps, installing a generator transfer switch, and adding a 240-volt outlet in the garage. On installation day, the crew arrived right on schedule. The team consisted of Kyle (the owner), Cliff, Mike (who did an outstanding job with the panel upgrade), and Gage. Everyone on the team was courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The installation was completed efficiently and to a high standard, and we're very pleased with the results.
