Ramsier was fantastic. I had quartz countertops and a backsplash installed by another company, and…read moreunfortunately, the workmanship was very poor. I contacted Ramsier and spoke with David about the issues I was experiencing. From the beginning, he was extremely helpful, understanding, and sympathetic to my situation. David sent his guys out to assess the problems. They were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. After explaining what could realistically be repaired, I hired them to correct as many of the issues as possible. I am extremely satisfied with the results. While no one could have completely eliminated every problem caused by the original installation, Ramsier came remarkably close. Their team understood that I had made a significant investment in this stone and worked hard to provide the best possible solution in the most cost-effective way. They never pressured me into replacing the countertops or purchasing something I didn't need. Instead, they took on the challenge of fixing another company's mistakes and did a fabulous job. Their professionalism, expertise, honesty, and customer service were outstanding. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future countertop or stonework needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their installers cracked the backsplash of our granite countertop and never said a word. The installers just filled in the crack, glued it to the wall and called it a day. When our tile installer came the next day he was the one who found it. I didn't go over the entire job because I expected a professional install. I contacted ItalGranite to report it and they instantly tried blaming the tile installer for breaking the backsplash. We were put off for 2 weeks and no one showed up to address it. I had pictures to prove the crack was there right after install. So either they never asked the installers about the job or the installers lied. Either way nothing was ever done. And at this point I would never let them back in my house!
