If you tell someone 2 weeks, then have it ready in 2 weeks period. It has now been a month and they want me to come back out to their yard to identify the slab again. After visiting several counter companies and feeling like none were the right fit I decided to stop by ramsier. I called ahead before visiting and was pleasantly surprised that they had the actual slabs to view. I showed up and worked with the owner to show the layout and come up with an estimate. Then he showed me the slabs. By the second one I knew what I wanted. After that they scheduled a time to template. My cabinets took a little longer so I called and rescheduled the template that was easy to do. On the template day they came out as promised and spent about an hour explaining the process and asking questions to make sure the layout was the way I wanted. It took 2 weeks before they came back to install which was half the time other companies at suggested to me. On instal day they arrived on time and were professional. They took care in keeping the process clean. The installation went great and the counters look beautiful. Communication was great and everyone was nice to work with!

The installers just filled in the crack, glued it to the wall and called it a day. When our tile installer came the next day he was the one who found it. I didn't go over the entire job because I expected a professional install. I contacted ItalGranite to report it and they instantly tried blaming the tile installer for breaking the backsplash. We were put off for 2 weeks and no one showed up to address it. I had pictures to prove the crack was there right after install. So either they never asked the installers about the job or the installers lied. Either way nothing was ever done. And at this point I would never let them back in my house!
