Both trees were around 70' with a 2.5-3' trunk. I looked at several companies before deciding to call Leimeister for a first estimate. Steve was such a nice, knowledgeable guy. Their estimate came in right where I was expecting at $1,500 per tree. They also ground the stumps for free, which I expected to be an up charge. The full cleanup/haul away was an additional $2,200, which I decided against. I couldn't justify paying that much to have something that I figured could be fairly valuable removed, at the least I could let it season and sell it as firewood, though it would be in a rough spot for planned home renovations. Steve called me the day before they were scheduled to remove the trees and mentioned that they were actually interested in the wood and would haul it away for free. I debated it for a while before deciding to just let them take it. I'm certain I could have negotiated a better price on the removal in exchange for the timber, but ultimately they were taking unnecessary work off my hands and the timber would very likely go to better use. Plus, they're such a good company/people that I didn't mind them getting it. They did an awesome job, no damage, the stumps were ground below grade, and there was NO mess. I have no regrets and would not hesitate to call them for more work in the future. The customer service they provided, and the work they did should be absolute text book. It's a shame more companies aren't as good as Leimeister Crane & Tree.

He came to the house and measured and fit us into his schedule 3 weeks out. In the meantime hours of prep work and work waiting for installation. The day of install Jeff called to tell me he refused to lay the type of carpet I bought. He never indicated there were restrictions prior and knew it was a rental. We bought carpet, pad and vinyl and the floor boards all at Menards and Jaimie's Carpet in Sandusky. He also told me he refused to do business with Jaime's and pick up the carpet. He told me to be at the rental at 8:30AM and he called at 8:45 and told me he refused to lay the carpet and won't do this and won't do that. I kindly asked what could we do to ensure the job happen today. He stated "it's not my problem" and he could care less that we were on a tight timeline and already waited 3 weeks for him. He had a better opportunity and would not offer any solutions. I offered to run and buy more carpet that he was more willing to install and he declined. Poor service, condescending, rude and unreliable. I would not recommend this company or contractor to anyone!

I ordered a bradington sofa and two reclining chairs from Hermans and I had terrible experience…read morewith the store and particularly the owner. I ordered the furniture in August 2021. I was given a March 2022 delivery date. More than a month after placing the order and paying the deposit, the sales person called me and said the sofa leather was discontinued. At that point I had already ordered a rug and coordinating chairs making it difficult to choose a replacement. Why didnt the sales rep confirm the leather color at the time of deposit??? When March 2022 came the sales rep called me saying there was a delay until April. In fact there were multiple other delays and the sofa was not delivered until August 2022 The sales rep never bothered to proactively call me with updates. Each time I had to call her after multiple missed delivery dates Additionally the sofa was initially delivered with a broken electric part for the reclining seat. Finally when the chairs were in, more than 1 year after ordering I called the store and asked for a discount for the second delivery charge and the lack of information. The extremely rude owner called and tried to say we're not going to sell you the chairs now, even though I had a sales contact and paid a deposit for the chairs. Unbelievable!! He finally agreed to deliver the chairs but said he wasn't going to handle any warranty issues even though that's the stores responsibility according to the manufacturer. Save yourself a lot of hassle buy from somewhere else!
