The most resent tree was defiantly one of the bigger ones, it was 7 Silver maples that had grown together, rotten in the middle and holding water in the center.....and it was dangerous. The owner stopped out several days prior to scheduling the take down to make sure the ground could handle a Crane Truck, Bucket Truck and Chipper Truck. Good thing he did , because its like a swamp in that area of the yard, but needless to say he came in with all those trucks when the land was dry and the giant tree was gone by noon . Unfortunately, that is not the way things ended up with the issues afterwards. The yard cleanup was not very thorough. If a better yard cleanup would have been done, they certainly would have noticed that a piece of their equipment was left behind in my yard. The other issue, which I didn't notice until the next day, was that they had caused a large crack in my sidewalk when they backed their truck onto my yard. I called them that day regarding the equipment piece left and the cracked sidewalk. At that time, I asked if the cracked sidewalk was something that they covered and was told it was. Also, that day, someone from the company came over to pick up equipment and to take pictures of the sidewalk crack. He informed me that someone from the company would be contacting me. Since that time, I've called 2 more times and left 2 more messages. It has now been over 3 wks. and there has been absolutely NO RESPONSE from Tree Service. If you have a problem, you will be completely ignored. I truly regret choosing Tree Service to do the job and I definitely would not recommend them.

After accepting their quote, I received no updates, confirmation, or scheduling notice for 2 weeks. I finally had to reach out and ask if they were willing to take the job. Then their crew showed up unannounced to perform the work. During the job, workers dropped a heavy log onto my brand new concrete driveway, causing a major structural crack through a 5'x8' (72 sq. ft.) panel. Company representative Torie acknowledged the property damage and the business's liability in writing via email. However, following that initial written admission, the company completely stopped communicating. They have ignored all repeated phone calls, voicemails, and emails for months, making zero effort to coordinate or fund the necessary concrete repairs. Because of their refusal to resolve the damage they caused, I was forced to file formal disputes with both the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section. Be extremely cautious if you hire this company. Expect zero scheduling updates beforehand, and do not expect them to take responsibility or maintain basic communication if they damage your property.
