During a windstorm several trees in my neighborhood were knocked down. I had a 25-30 foot tall crabapple tree in my front yard that had split in two. Half of this tree was already on the ground. Eco tree service cut down half of a small tree and had the stump ground leaving large chunks of wood and dirt for 15 ft. In my yrd. I was billed over $690 for half of a tree and stump removal that they left the debris over half the front of my yard. When I talked to someone from eco tree about the rate I was charged his excuse was that he had to pay his workers more that day because of the "storm" that had taken place.

Recently, I had a tree cut down by "Tree Service". Initially, everything seemed to go well with…read moretaking down the tree. Unfortunately, that is not the way things ended up with the issues afterwards. The yard cleanup was not very thorough. If a better yard cleanup would have been done, they certainly would have noticed that a piece of their equipment was left behind in my yard. The other issue, which I didn't notice until the next day, was that they had caused a large crack in my sidewalk when they backed their truck onto my yard. I called them that day regarding the equipment piece left and the cracked sidewalk. At that time, I asked if the cracked sidewalk was something that they covered and was told it was. Also, that day, someone from the company came over to pick up equipment and to take pictures of the sidewalk crack. He informed me that someone from the company would be contacting me. Since that time, I've called 2 more times and left 2 more messages. It has now been over 3 wks. and there has been absolutely NO RESPONSE from Tree Service. If you have a problem, you will be completely ignored. I truly regret choosing Tree Service to do the job and I definitely would not recommend them.

This morning we discovered that a huge pine tree on our property had come out of ground by its…read moreroots. It was hanging over our neighbor's house, caught precariously on a branch of another tree. If that branch broke our neighbor's house would be severely damaged. Being early Saturday morning, I was in a panic on who to call. We had used Climbing High Tree Service last year. They had done great work, so they were my first call. I may have woken the owner up. But he assured me that he would get a crew together and come right out. They were out quickly. Stabilized the tree and then got to work cutting that tree and a neighboring one down. Even with it being an emergency call out, their charges were very reasonable! Like last year, they were quick, professional and extremely courteous!
