Don't bother with this place!! Measurements were done with a tape measure. And the countertop didn't fit. They had to cut the piece in my house to get it in place. If I could give zero stars I would. Their installers cracked the backsplash of our granite countertop and never said a word. The installers just filled in the crack, glued it to the wall and called it a day. When our tile installer came the next day he was the one who found it. I didn't go over the entire job because I expected a professional install. I contacted ItalGranite to report it and they instantly tried blaming the tile installer for breaking the backsplash. We were put off for 2 weeks and no one showed up to address it. I had pictures to prove the crack was there right after install. So either they never asked the installers about the job or the installers lied. Either way nothing was ever done. And at this point I would never let them back in my house! read more

There were some hiccups due to miscommunications but each time I called, the staff was pleasant and helpful, calling the owner who personally came and took care of it himself. My wife (most important because it was her kitchen/bathroom renovation) and I was very pleased With the company, staff, owner and installers. I would use them again. Hello. I just want to let you know about some concerns I had with my countertops installed on Wednesday. First, neither one of the installers were wearing masks. I get it it's hard while they're working, but neither one even had a mask on to walk in my house. And I know the one did not get the vaccine, because he told me. I just think it's a little presumptuous to assume I'd be ok with that. And neither one introduces himself, I have no idea what their names were. I also think they need to warn/educate people about what a mess they would make. They did not block off, with plastic nor sheets the doorways to the kitchen. I spent the rest of Wednesday evening trying to clean just so I could breathe. And spent the majority of today, cleaning again. I had my dining room set up as my make shift kitchen and everything in that room, and the rest of my house had an inch of very fine dust on it. I have to wash everything, multiple times. I have bad dust allergies and I still can't breathe in my house. Also, the installers didn't want to install my drop in sink. I was not told that would be an issue. The installer asked me if I wanted to do it. What am I paying for? I didn't say much on Wednesday cuz I was home alone. Also, they asked my exterminator to assist with setting the big piece of stone. He happened to be here when they arrived. Also, hours after they brought in all the pieces they left my front door propped open. I didn't realize this right away because I was down in my family room, trying to stay out of their way. Not only was I freezing, I'm still killing the flies that got in. I contacted the company and was told "everybody knows there is going to be dust" then she told me to hire a cleaning company. This was the first time I ever had countertops installed. I knew there would be some dust, but I figured they would somehow block off the kitchen so that the dust would be contained as best as possible. I told the woman that on the phone and she said that they don't do that and that "everybody knows that". No, not everyone knows that, if I did I would have bought some drop cloths and hung them myself. I still can't get everything clean, my kitchen window screen is supposed to be black, but you'd never know it. read more

Wish I could give them zero stars but not an option. Where to start...they tried to reschedule 3 hours AFTER they were supposed to be here, damaged walls due to measuring wrong (wanted to cut into my drywall instead of cutting the counter to the correct size), chipped stone while attempting to cut stone to the right size, left a huge oil stain on a brand new driveway after backing their beat-up truck on the driveway, won't return phone calls or text messages. We were using them for a property we own and were highly pleased with the service and installation. I called to schedule measure and they were out the next day. Originally quoted around a week to install, but they called and were able to install within 2 days! Granite looks beautiful and very happy with the price and quality. read more

This company is unethical and the owners are rude, insensitive, and unprofessional. They quoted and I paid for plumbing along with my granite/sink installation. If they couldn't do the plumbing properly, Doriano should not have quoted it!. Josea and Doriano did not check for leaks when turning on the water after the installation and caused a leak in a pipe in the concrete floor between my sink cabinet and the dishwasher which Josea removed (the dishwasher) and replaced, hooked up to the water line and then glued the dishwasher to the granite counter top without my knowledge.! That was totally unacceptable. In doing so, he damaged the plumbing and caused a slow leak which in turn caused $18,000 damage to my new floors and new cabinets. Doriano quoted the job and said he did me a favor but I did not know what he was referring to as I had never had countertops installed. When the water leak was discovered, I called and Doriano came to my house. He again said he did me a favor and told me if i had hired a plumber it would have been $200 to $300 more in plumbing costs. I told him I would have been happy to pay an additional $200 to $300 to avoid $15,000 dollars in damage. He stormed out of my house and said "All I wanted was money!" I told him all I wanted was this mess fixed." I had to file an insurance claim because he refused to take any blame even though he quoted the job including the plumbing!. When the job was not finished the first day as it should have been, he told me he had to order a part which was unacceptable as he had 3 weeks to order this part. Cristina tried to tell me that I hurried her installers which was a lie. I told them I was supposed to be at work by 1;30 PM (they had been there since 8:15AM and still weren't done) .'I then walked away and worked in my office until they left at 2:19PM and the job was not finished and they could not tell me when they would finish it. I still did not have water in my kitchen at that time. I had gone to at least 4 other granite companies before ItalGranite and I am very sorry I chose this company. Their English language skills are limited and they have the empathy and courtesy of a stone! Terrible company. read more

Regarding the other review, Italgranite or any granite company for that matter, is not responsible for plumbing issues. Plumbers are! Italgranite is the best; their work turns out breath taking and the owners are awesome!! I recommend this company 1000%! This business is terrible! Do not use them!!! We had granite installed in our kitchen last year, 2014. They did not know or follow the plumbing codes. We are currently in the process of selling our house, and an inspector for the buyers wrote us up on a concealed fouling area violation. I called the owner and he came over to look at the issue. I told him I wanted a small refund for the job, since correcting the issue would involve tearing up our kitchen again, and also not being able to use the kitchen for a few days. This was not acceptable to me since it was their mistake. The owners are very rude and hot heads. I called the better business bureau, and Italgranite refuses to refund any of our money! They expected us to know the plumbing codes. I am in the process of taking them to small claims court. Buyer Beware!!!! read more
