We had the best experience with Wayne! We had the BEST New Home Consultant, Melanie Ritz. We now consider her a great friend! We had the BEST Field Manager, Lee Roberts! We are now in our home and there are a few loose ends that need finished up. Lee is always in contact with us and is taking care of everything that still needs complete. Many people often comment that with Wayne, everything is extra. And sometimes, that is the case. However, we prefer it that way. That way you can pick and choose exactly what you want. Their prices are less, so that it gives you leeway to add in those extras. Other homebuilders, which are also wonderful at their craft, include a lot of these extras, which is super handy for some people! Less to think about and decide upon! He made it a point to properly prepare the area prior to spraying the foam. We had multiple contractors come out and Garrett's price and quality far exceeded the others.
