We arrived on time to pick a small load. They immediately loaded a couple pallets, then nothing for 45 minutes. We went in to ask what was going on, they said the guy loading our truck had gone home for the day. They told us to move to another dock to get the rest of the load. Again, they loaded some pallets, then nothing for an hour. We again asked what was going on, they said they only had 2 more boxes, and then they were going to bring out the paperwork. Apparently it upsets them if you ask for updates; the worker assigned to load the remaining 2 boxes went and loaded 2 other trucks while we waited another hour. Finally, we said just load the two boxes, or give us the paperwork and mark that the boxes were not included. Rude, uncommunicative, disrespectful.
