Scott with Flow Air was amazing. He was super meticulous and didn't pressure us at all. He…read moreregularly talked with us, gave us the pros and cons of upgrading, and kept us in the loop on what he was doing and his schedule. His prices were more than fair and he did a great job on the installation. I love using small businesses because it supports our local people in Chin Valley. I did my research and got bids from about 10 different companies and he was by far the best choice. If you need a repair or a new unit, this is a great business to choose.

Big shout out to Scott and Heather @ FlowAir LLC HVAC. Our AC and Heater had been out for almost 2…read moreweeks, we found out that 2 lines had rubbed together and caused a pin sized hole which leaked all our refrigerant out. First company quoted us $4000, another $3200 and another $2500 for our repairs. Our system holds 13.25lbs of R410A refrigerant. We understand that these times are not the easiest and companies have to make their money but for the repair we needed we felt those previous quotes were way too high. Praise God we held out and waited for FlowAir to call us back because they saved us a bunch to where we still can't fathom. Long story short Scott came out and fixed our issue and got our system back up and running. You have a new customer for life. We have to give credit where credit is due and to you Scott and Heather @FlowAir my hats off to you. May God continue to Bless your small business and help you where needed!

Honest, reasonable prices, knowledgeable, and reliable are all words I'd use to describe Leo and…read morehow he conducts his business. This man is absolutely the best when it comes to knowing his stuff, and I would never consider using anyone else after my latest experience. My a/c was only blowing air, and never cooled the house, so I called out a company that came highly recommended on Yelp. I was given a choice of several price ranges on what it would cost to fix my a/c with the highest being $3k, and the lowest being $2k. One of the options included cleaning my very dirty unit for $1000, and that's when I became suspicious, so I consulted Ai, and was told that it should cost no more than $400. I decided to look for a second opinion, and that's when I found Leo. He said my unit didn't need cleaning, and a few other repairs recommended by the other company, and fixed my unit for $870. I did also, spend about $700 for a new capacitor from the other company, but all in, about $1600. Brenda, his wife, was a gem on the phone, and I highly recommend them! Great experience!

Well a year later we are going to be forced to get a new A/C unit. We knew that we would go back to…read morePrescott A/C and Heating because they kept our derelict LENNOX piece of garbage system running for another year while we found the $18K to replace it. Brenda and Leo have been great to work with. We did have a hiccup on the unit and they came back, took it out and replaced it! Apparently Leo had never had that happen in nearly 40 years of doing this work. Many hours later we have an A/C that works. Goodman brand and NOT LENNOX, whose products have gone south in quality and longevity, is our replacement. It has a good warranty. Really have to say this couple really worry about their customers! Our dog is very ill and heat makes him worse so they gave us a large, powerful window A/C to use for a couple of days while we waited for the new unit to arrive. He wanted our pup comfortable! Who does that ??? No one, except...Prescott A/C and Heating does and stands by their work. If I could leave my number here I would so you could call me and ask how it went, but Yelp won't allow it. Trust me, they won't leave you high and dry and hot if you use their thoughtful, professional services. You'll never have to worry about them not standing by their work. So thanks Leo and Brenda for going above and beyond, working so hard for us. As much as we love them we hope we don't see t them for a long time! BTW the house has never been cooler!!! So great product!!

He answered all my questions, I was so impressed I signed up for their yearly service. They will be out before winter to check the system provides heat. The price was very reasonable in my opinion and was a good bang for the buck.

I called due to my AC struggling to keep the house cool during the summer temps…read more Originally I was not shown any digital diagnostics but was told multiple times that the refrigerant was not low First attempt was replacing the TXV, which I was told made no change Then I was quoted for a coil replacement I agreed and had that service done Here is where the problems kind of escalated To replace the coil refrigerant has to be removed, I was informed that I was actually low by 2lbs from a 5lb system Not only that, the system performance was still the exact same after the coil was replaced... they confirmed this with their sensors Then I spoke to the previous home owner who told me the coil was replaced just 2 years ago, so a coil failing that quick is almost impossible... Everything pointed to the fact that the coil was not actually the problem at all and that this service was done unnecessarily I ended up putting the diagnostics I was provided into AI which also had the same opinion that based on everything and my situation, the coil replacement was not needed I had to call them back because their own diagnostics showed that the system was still performing poorly and there was a diagnostic test that was not done even from the beginning which would have actually proven whether the coil needed to be replaced or not I figured out from the data I was given that the issue was the blower was turned to the max setting As soon as it was adjusted then the AC system was performing correctly So in the end the system was actually low on refrigerant and a simple adjustment on the blower was all we really needed I was still charged for the full coil service, no discount To this day we can't say for certain that the coil replacement was necessary and there was no change in the system after it was replaced The main change occurred after our blower was adjusted... Had the FULL digital diagnostic been done from the beginning I would have concrete data, but instead I was only provided with a digital diagnostic after the coil replacement Before the coil replacement I was only shown a hand held analog device which had a small amount of data and did not actually show that we needed a new coil I do feel like I was ripped off and regret not getting a second opinion before going with the full coil replacement, which came out to 1700$ I do appreciate the honesty ( which is why this isn't a 1 star review ), they didn't have to admit that we were actually low on refrigerant and that the temperatures were the exact same before and after the coil swap They did return to make the adjustment to the blower when I called, but it should have been done before leaving to be honest In the end I still feel like I should not have been charged the full coil replacement price, based on everything that happened.... Because it looked like all we really needed was a refrigerant refill and a blower adjustment which should be have been a couple hundred at most.... -1 for not providing full digital diagnostic from the beginning -1 for charging me the full price even after we all saw there was no change in the system after the coil swap
