There are 2 kiosks for ordering, but also a manned register. The food did take a while to come out but after the first bite I knew I made the right selection. It's sliced just right so that it's easy to chew, tasted like a steak, and it was indeed a healthy meal. I enjoyed everything about the sandwich, even got a few bites of some apples when eating the 2nd half of the sandwich which was a nice surprise/addition. Here, unlike another healthy fast casual place in town, I did like the available tea selection. I also ordered a cookie for dessert and it turned to be really tasty as well. My dining partner ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl with rice and roasted veggies and really enjoyed that as well.

I was pleased with the welcoming reception of the young man that took my order and the decor bright and uplifting. You can create custom breakfast bowls, but this was outside my comfort zone ... I ordered the Cheat Wrap. The wait was long enough that I suspect that the bacon was fried to order. Overall the experience was good. I will await my wife's verdict on quality and taste. ...the verdict is in! My wife enjoy her "high-end breakfast sandwich".

You will not be able to find a piece of lint on the floor. Also very friendly and shared a ton of interesting stories! I remembered maybe 10ish years ago acai bowls were in trend. Then it faded? I never tried it while it was in trend because I was a college student and it was one of those moments where you decide to spend $12 on a protein/carb/veggie meal or on an acai bowl that will hopefully keep you full until your next meal. Fast forward and I'm still not in my career yet lol. Making residency salary and having this is moreso as a treat. It's sort of a healthier way to look at dessert? Thicker than a smoothie. Not sweet like Gelato. Can alter it to have higher protein or sweetier depending on what you choose. There are a lot of options and fiber rich. The presentation is pretty. I do think you have to be in the mood for this. My friend loves acai bowls. Me? It's not something I would crave but I'll be down to have it again if my friend wanted it.

There were shops popping up on every corner, and while I always loved acai bowls, they were pretty much the same no matter where you went. And after leaning pretty hard into this trend for a while, I reached acai over-saturation. Fast forward to recent times and I was excited to check out Nautical Bowls when it opened. The menu looked pretty unique, and it had been quite a while since my last bowl. Each weekend would come and go and I would still manage to not stop in. Today, I was sitting on the couch about to doze off. I had two choices: give into the nap Gods, and probably set myself up for a poor night of sleep ahead, or get up and finally make that trip to Nautical Bowls. I chose the latter, and as I mentioned above, I'm so glad I did. I walked in and stared at the menu for an awkwardly long time. Each item looked appealing and it seemed like they were all only 1-2 ingredients different from the last. I considered even building my own, but that thought was fleeting. Let's just roll with one of the chosen items. There's always a future visit where we can get crazy with something custom. So I went with the Blue Bay Bowl: Blue Majik, Açaí, Coconut, Spirulina Chia, Granola, Banana, Strawberries, Coconut Butter Crumbles. I asked what Blue Majik and Spirulina were: I was told both had a coconut cream flavor. I was also told Spirulina was an algae. That almost swayed me away, but I didn't want to be a basic b. Algae, you say? I aint scared. It turns out, this bowl met every single aspect of the fantasy I had in my head when I was debating between taking a nap and coming here. It was amazing. Every bite. It definitely was not your grandmother's acai bowl, either. There was a lot going on and I loved every aspect of it. And as promised, there was no shortage of coconut cream. I will absolutely be back because I want to try pretty much everything on the menu. Welcome to the 'hood, Nautical Bowls!

We ordered tacos, one of their signature bowls, a kids quesadilla, and tater tots. I also tried the Watermelon Basil Margarita which was very refreshing! There's a large menu displayed on the wall for customers to view before ordering. My husband ordered three tacos - bunt ends, slow roasted brisket, and chicken. I tried the burnt ends, it was delicious . I only wish the tacos were on a corn tortilla instead of flour. The Mexi-Cali Shrimp Bowl was delicious...btw it's gluten Came with salsa, guacamole, shrimp, cilantro, micro greens over a bit of rice. I wish it was more of a salad instead of a rice bowl. But nonetheless, the flavors were 10/10. Plenty of shrimp, and I was full. My kids have a limited pallet, they took a few bites of the cheese, quesadilla and eyeball the tater tots for about 15 minutes then finally ate a few. I would definitely return here again. We definitely enjoyed our meal.

The taco was basically a cheeseburger with a soft taco so it was pretty easy to eat. It was very tasty. Also I very much enjoyed the guacamole. It was so fresh and it comes with a large bag of black chips, which would be enough for several sittings. Based on the fact, delivery was quick and a product was excellent. I will try them again in a very near future.
