BUYER BEWARE - TOTAL BAIT & SWITCH RIP OFF: I was suckered into buying the Lazer/Lippo package. In…read moremy time driving 90 minutes round trip, having my sessions delayed and schedule disrupted, I walked out and asked to cancel my plan and get a refund. They keep sending me to their IR Sauna (which I have told them, does not work properly - the last time I was there, it was throwing diag. codes indicating it was wired incorrectly.) The full body cryo was ok but other than that, they did very little "lazer lippo - one or two treatments at best. They did not honor their contract and now refuse to refund my what they stole through their fraud. As a veteran, I am not convinced they are veteran owned and would demand prove if the real owner actually ever was there. The staff is constantly confused and treated me like a training aid as they learned how to use the equipment. Turnover is such an issue I don't even know anyone's name anymore. I assume ownership treats employees as poorly as they treat clients. After thousands out the door and their multiple promises (lies), I was their hands of these snake oil salemen.
