The font was illegible, inconsistent AND the stitching was already coming off. We reached out to Jose asking for them to be redone since the quality was poor & he kept blaming it on the design size. Regardless of the design, the stitching should NOT be coming off. Jose is avoiding our texts/calls since we asked for a refund if he was not willing to redo our order. Extremely unprofessional behavior. At at this point he's pocketing our money. Don't use this company.

He diagnosed the problem efficiently: our AC drip pan had overflowed due to a clogged drain pipe. So, it's a great one stop shop for getting multiple things done. Inside you'll find a wall of lockers and a couple of monitors to scan a return code. You scan the code and a locker opens up. If there is an issue, there will be an attendant at the desk or you can ring the bell and they'll come out to assist you. There is also a bin for recycling boxes/packaging, which is VERY APPRECIATED. There is a random chute labeled returns...possibly for larger returns?Can't tell you what it's for since it all needs to get scanned in. I'd recommend ignoring it and just go to the customer service desk. Definitely would recommend this drop off location if you're in the area!

Gadshill Gordon and sons, Kalen & Norris, did an expert and outstanding job of refinishing these mid century armchairs which needed to be completely stripped, sanded and refinished with boiled linseed oil. The polyurethane lacquer was badly chipped on these and required careful stripped to protect the beautiful maple frames. We could not be more pleased with how these turned out and we are so thrilled we entrusted the Gordon family we care and refinishing of these priceless pieces!!
