He followed up the day of the pick up and gave me updates. When the tow truck was a bit late, I called Ramon and he was easy to get a hold of, always nice and told me what's going on. The driver that showed up was also nice, polite, brought the check with him, paperwork and guided us through the process. After dealing with other companies of this sort, I was impressed with their customer service, way better than other places in LA area!

He wasn't able to arrive until later in the night due to unforeseen circumstances BUT we were still grateful. Gave us the exact cash amount he had quoted us over the phone as well. I found this place while calling around looking for a part. If someone said they didn't have it, I would ask, "who do you think might have it", and some guy sent me to All State. Here's the deal. Sal, the owner, said he had what I wanted and gave me a price. I drove over there and because I didn't have the old part to compare, it was still on my van, he gave me a seven day return promise. He wrote it on the receipt. A few days later I tried to install the part. Visually it was different, but I installed it anyways just to see if it might work. It didn't. So I went back a few days later, and he quickly and easily gave me my cash back. He honored his word. So I recommend All State Auto Dismantling and you should too.
