I'm no doctor but this guy Sessel should be on meds or something. I needed to clarify some itinerary info for my son who was at work and couldn't make the calls. I called Yellowstone Tours, (Bundubasher.com), and when Sessel got on I told him we might get cut off in about three minutes because I was on a train, but that junior was a little confused about where he needed to be picked up for his tour. Sessel's bizarre, indignant and rude response? "Nope. There's no confusion." Click. I sat there stunned for the rest of the ride, and then headed into the tunnel where I lost service. Did what I think just happen really happen? When I regained service 90 seconds later, I called back thinking there had been some mistake. They picked up the phone and hung up on me! Then they wouldn't take my son's calls! I quickly checked them out on Yelp and boy did I get an eye opener. One unanimous star over multiple reviews? All mentioning Sessel's rude and nasty (and sometimes filthy), mouth? And they say NYers are rude?!?! Ha!! Never met one like this in my 49 years! I am a tour operator handles the International market over the world, and one of my client asked me if I can find her a 3 days tour from Salt Lake City to Yellowstone and back. I went online and did some researched and I found this company. Since I never deal with them, I called and asked many questions, and everything seem legit. Few days past by, and finally my client came back and asked me to book for her, I signed up the reservation online and waiting for their email confirmation. Once I received the email asking me for the credit card information. Something just hit me, and just to be sure, I went onto tripadvisor.com and yelp.com just to check on the reviews on this company. Oh..my god, I cannot believe all those negative reviews, and specially about the owner of this company. Now, I'm a fair guy, I always willing to give everyone a chance, and after reading all those negative reviews, in the back of my mind I would still 'MAYBE' giving them a try. But I need sometime to think about it, in the meantime, I sent them an email telling them "I'm really sorry, please cancel my request" I'm nice right?? The new flooring, walls, furniture, and restroom fixtures. One thing I do recommend is that they add better ventilation fans in the restrooms that suck the air out quicker and more efficiently. The beds were comfortable and offered very nice bedding. Although I did not need the use of the AC, it did work very well. A big plus about staying at this hotel is the breakfast they offer for free throughout your stay during the morning hours. I hit it up every morning, regardless if I was intending to have breakfast later that day. The breakfast includes biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon strips, sausage links, make your own waffle machine, breakfast potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, and much more, not to mention coffee and teas. There's inside and outside seating available. The hotel offers an inside pool, it's a non-smoking facility, offers a laundry facility, and an exercise room. The renovations will include a new lobby and restaurant and bar. I would stay here again, not only because the prices were very fair and it was a good stay.

However, this particular budget office charged us an additional $16.87. I had to call the corporate office twice. Turns out the associate charged us for another person's electric car!! Make sure to take pictures and video of the car you receive so you do not get charged for someone else's car. This is extremely poor work ethic on the employees part.
