I'm no doctor but this guy Sessel should be on meds or something. I needed to clarify some itinerary info for my son who was at work and couldn't make the calls. I called Yellowstone Tours, (Bundubasher.com), and when Sessel got on I told him we might get cut off in about three minutes because I was on a train, but that junior was a little confused about where he needed to be picked up for his tour. Sessel's bizarre, indignant and rude response? "Nope. There's no confusion." Click. I sat there stunned for the rest of the ride, and then headed into the tunnel where I lost service. Did what I think just happen really happen? When I regained service 90 seconds later, I called back thinking there had been some mistake. They picked up the phone and hung up on me! Then they wouldn't take my son's calls! I quickly checked them out on Yelp and boy did I get an eye opener. One unanimous star over multiple reviews? All mentioning Sessel's rude and nasty (and sometimes filthy), mouth? And they say NYers are rude?!?! Ha!! Never met one like this in my 49 years! I went online and did some researched and I found this company. Since I never deal with them, I called and asked many questions, and everything seem legit. Few days past by, and finally my client came back and asked me to book for her, I signed up the reservation online and waiting for their email confirmation. Once I received the email asking me for the credit card information. Something just hit me, and just to be sure, I went onto tripadvisor.com and yelp.com just to check on the reviews on this company. Oh..my god, I cannot believe all those negative reviews, and specially about the owner of this company. Now, I'm a fair guy, I always willing to give everyone a chance, and after reading all those negative reviews, in the back of my mind I would still 'MAYBE' giving them a try. But I need sometime to think about it, in the meantime, I sent them an email telling them "I'm really sorry, please cancel my request" I'm nice right?? She was so kind on the phone and made booking super quick and easy I really appreciated her hospitality both on the phone and in person so thank you Riley!!! We booked originally for two nights but enjoyed it so much we ended up extending our stay. The hotel is easy to find, although it is currently undergoing exterior remodeling but that doesn't effect anything at all. The room itself was clean and well kept. The tv has live channels available as well as Netflix. the rooms have a microwave a fridge and a coffee maker as well as an iron The list of amenities is pretty awesome a heated pool and spa (8am-11pm) a laundry room (8am-10pm free breakfast (6-10am) free wifi excersise room (6-11pm) we payed a pretty good price for three nights we had two adults and a room with two queen beds and payed around 450 and that includes 30$ deposit that is returned to you after your stay What I also really like about this place is that they don't automatically have a maid come and service your room instead you request it. I personally love this option. Overall I recommend staying here as its also in a good area. 1hr from Zion national park and a quick 10 minutes to the downtown area. The new flooring, walls, furniture, and restroom fixtures. One thing I do recommend is that they add better ventilation fans in the restrooms that suck the air out quicker and more efficiently. The beds were comfortable and offered very nice bedding. Although I did not need the use of the AC, it did work very well. A big plus about staying at this hotel is the breakfast they offer for free throughout your stay during the morning hours. I hit it up every morning, regardless if I was intending to have breakfast later that day. The breakfast includes biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon strips, sausage links, make your own waffle machine, breakfast potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, and much more, not to mention coffee and teas. There's inside and outside seating available. The hotel offers an inside pool, it's a non-smoking facility, offers a laundry facility, and an exercise room. The renovations will include a new lobby and restaurant and bar. I would stay here again, not only because the prices were very fair and it was a good stay.

The first time I rented a car was about 6 weeks ago. The agent was cool and I only rented for a 24 hour period, but something seemed off. Everything was fine until I went back yesterday for another 24 hour rental (had to drive to LAS and back both times), and was told there was an open claim against me and I was on the "Do Not Rent" list. I was given a claim number and a phone number to call to get the issue resolved. I called from the Cedar City airport, in view of the desk agent, but the automated system and one live agent got me nowhere. I asked the agent at the counter to give me more information and to help me resolve whatever this issue was, but she told me she couldn't do anything and the manager was gone until tomorrow. When the agent at the counter eventually told me she would not be able to give me a car that day, she treated me as if I knew exactly what I had done wrong and was lying to her. My friend then tried to rent a car to do the drive for me, but they refused her a car as well stating they knew she was with me! I ended up spending a few more hours on phone calls being transferred to different departments trying to figure out what this claim was. No one could tell me. Finally, the Budget "Do Not Rent" department got back with me and told me there was no issue -- there was no hold on my license, I was not on their list, I was fine to rent a car from Budget. They gave me a different customer service number to call to find out why I was refused at the counter. I spoke with customer service again, this morning. This agent did a full search on my account, my license, everything, and confirmed once again there is no issue, no claim against me, no hold, and I am not on the "Do Not Rent" list. He then told me the best he can figure is the agent at the counter was having a bad day, decided to NOT give me the car I had prepaid for, and lied to me. I have been trying to contact the service desk at the Cedar City airport to speak to the manager, but they are not answering the phone. I recommend renting from Enterprise. They have always been great and the only reason I went with Budget this time was because the pricing was better.

There are three levels in the home with LOTS of stairs inside and outside. No elevator and little help with suitcases. Most members of our group are in their 70's with some in their 80's. They chose this location because it is within walking distance to the plays on campus and several restaurants. There is street parking in front and a large parking lot with a garden in the back. Each room has a "theme" that is over decorated. We had to move objects and furniture to have space to move around. We were nervous about breaking things. So dusty!! Many of us got sick. Their breakfast usually included fresh fruit, a cooked egg item (quiche or casserole), sausage or bacon, juices, toast, sweet roll or bread, etc. Inside they have one large, one medium, and one small table. There are several tables outside on the front porch. Our room had garbage baskets emptied and towels replaced almost every day. The owners are around only until 5:00. The basement level has four private bedrooms/bathrooms with a common area (kitchen/table/couches) and easy access to the parking lot. The middle level requires steep stairs to three or four private bedrooms/bathrooms and a galley kitchen. The upstairs level with yet more steep stairs to access has a large suite with two large beds and one single bed in one room. There is a bathroom with a tub/shower then a jetted tub in the middle of the main room! Awkward. I prefer to rent a large home just for our group or to stay in six or more hotel rooms instead of sharing space with ten strangers.

He was extremely knowledgeable, experienced in all aspects of canyoneering. He was patient and really was able to instruct us on using the ropes and how to maneuver over obstacles safely. We wanted to do something memorable during our trip to Zion and decided to go with Red Desert after our research online. Booking was easy, we were able to get same day reservation on the July 4th weekend. Our guide, Eric was amazing. He was calm, patient and pushed us just the right amount outside our comfort level for us to come back with great memories from the trip. Our kids, ages 9 and 11 did great. For one of the sheer drops, he did a tandem for our younger one. This was a private tour, the equipment felt clean and we felt safe and informed throughout our adventure. Can't recommend enough!
