I'm no doctor but this guy Sessel should be on meds or something. I needed to clarify some itinerary info for my son who was at work and couldn't make the calls. I called Yellowstone Tours, (Bundubasher.com), and when Sessel got on I told him we might get cut off in about three minutes because I was on a train, but that junior was a little confused about where he needed to be picked up for his tour. Sessel's bizarre, indignant and rude response? "Nope. There's no confusion." Click. I sat there stunned for the rest of the ride, and then headed into the tunnel where I lost service. Did what I think just happen really happen? When I regained service 90 seconds later, I called back thinking there had been some mistake. They picked up the phone and hung up on me! Then they wouldn't take my son's calls! I quickly checked them out on Yelp and boy did I get an eye opener. One unanimous star over multiple reviews? All mentioning Sessel's rude and nasty (and sometimes filthy), mouth? And they say NYers are rude?!?! Ha!! Never met one like this in my 49 years! Needless to say, we canceled the tour via email, and also through the credit card. (SEE THE PHOTO I POSTED OF SESSEL'S RESPONSE TO MY SON'S REQUEST TO CANCEL THE TOUR AND FOR A FULL REFUND.)

I was so lucky I did not pay for the trip first because my intuition told me just emailed to clarify first before making payment. I am very sure I wouldn't get my money back if things go wrong. I have met so many nice people here in SLC but this rude guy just spoilt the image of SLC. I hope the tourism board would have done something about him and this company.

The new flooring, walls, furniture, and restroom fixtures. One thing I do recommend is that they add better ventilation fans in the restrooms that suck the air out quicker and more efficiently. The beds were comfortable and offered very nice bedding. Although I did not need the use of the AC, it did work very well. A big plus about staying at this hotel is the breakfast they offer for free throughout your stay during the morning hours. I hit it up every morning, regardless if I was intending to have breakfast later that day. The breakfast includes biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon strips, sausage links, make your own waffle machine, breakfast potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, and much more, not to mention coffee and teas. There's inside and outside seating available. The hotel offers an inside pool, it's a non-smoking facility, offers a laundry facility, and an exercise room. The renovations will include a new lobby and restaurant and bar. I would stay here again, not only because the prices were very fair and it was a good stay.

We wanted to do something memorable during our trip to Zion and decided to go with Red Desert after our research online. Booking was easy, we were able to get same day reservation on the July 4th weekend. Our guide, Eric was amazing. He was calm, patient and pushed us just the right amount outside our comfort level for us to come back with great memories from the trip. Our kids, ages 9 and 11 did great. For one of the sheer drops, he did a tandem for our younger one. This was a private tour, the equipment felt clean and we felt safe and informed throughout our adventure. Can't recommend enough!
