Despite multiple follow-ups since then, I still have not received the refund or a clear explanation for the delay. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable--I'm simply asking for the money he already agreed to return. My biggest concern is the lack of follow-through and professionalism. I understand that unforeseen equipment issues can happen, but making commitments to a customer and then not following through--and later promising a refund without actually issuing it--has left me very disappointed.

Waited until the following week and called again, was told "sorry, we'll give you the owner's cell and he'll call you back" so I called and left him a message... no call back. Today I called back again and asked to have them cancel because it has been over 2 weeks since my original call and they haven't even been able to be bothered to give me a 5 minute phone call to talk to me. So essentially I called them 5 times in 2 weeks and gave them all the benefit of the doubt and received zero return communication.
