Spoke to the crew the last two times and asked them if they would clean up when they were done to no avail. We had a mess to clean up from storm damage! Our MIL's tree had 2 large limbs snap off during a…read morebad storm. 1 went West into the neighbor's yard and smashed a section of fence. The other went North breaking another neighbor's fence, clipping their garage and smashing a section of rain gutter. Both limbs were 12 " in diameter from the break and 40-50 ft long. Arbor Barber had been on our block previously doing some work for a neighbor and they did a great job. I gave them a call and Tim, the head guy, was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the job and give us a bid. We were so happy to learn he could get it done the next day. The team arrived the next morning and knocked out the project before Noon. They had to remove the debris by hand as we didn't have any easy access for equipment. They were so respectful and tidy. The neighbor's yards looked as good as new, minus the damage to the fences. We highly Arbor Barber!

At 9:40 am his clean up crew arrives and does such a good job, I can hardly tell what a mess was there just a few hours before. Fastest service ever, great work, amazing clean up and for less than half of what I thought it would cost. He also quoted me a very reasonable fee to remove the tree in case it does not survive the damage. We hired him to trim our 2 trees in the front yard last year, and were very impressed. Today really blew me away. For those of you who had tree damage, or just need tree work done, I highly recommend this company.

I do not recommend using Timber Builds. If you do, do not sign a contract without getting EXACTLY what you are asking for in writing beforehand. The price sounds great but the headache that will follow is an issue you will want to avoid by having everything worked out upfront before you sign the contract. Once you sign that contract, he will try to justify his actions based off what he defines as "manageable" and "complete". In a "contract world", details matter. Be sure the contract is detailed and clearly states everything that is required BEFORE you sign it.
