Both times the responsiveness to my inquiry and estimation process were smooth, professional, and courteous. The team showed up on time, honored the estimate (based on photos I had provided), and left the areas looking better than before the job. The pricing to job completed was a good value in my opinion and I would highly recommend that to get an estimate for any residential project. Caleb was the primary point person for our quotes but the entire team was friendly.

They talk up their donations over the phone and the guys on location certainly don't correct the impression when asked. The real story only became clear as the truck packing neared completion. I regret having given them things which I feel should have had a second life rather than a trip straight to the incinerator. All that said, the guys that did the work were efficient and protected the house. And they responded super fast to my call.

When I pressed a little further to get confirmation because we had a closing deadline he became very short and rude with me. Second, he called a week later to threaten bringing items to my prior home because I put "extensive hazardous waste all through the load". I was more than happy to square up and remedy the situation, but he insisted on returning the items to the new home owner. Jim told my fiancé to F off when he called to fix the situation. Completely rude and unprofessional. Would not do business with them again even if it was free.

I will definitely call these guys again. They haul other things too, as long as it isn't toxic waste.

I had heard about the stellar work of Junk Happens and gave them a call. I received an estimate right away and scheduled a date for them to come out. The day before the junk removal date I received a call confirming the time and all the details, something I appreciate. When the workers arrived they all introduced themselves and we walked through the home and garage to indicate the items we needed removed. I was very impressed with the professionalism and hard work from the crew. They brought 2 trucks: one for all the furniture, dishes, planters and other items they would donate at Goodwill and one truck for the junk. They cleared out our furnace room and basement far more quickly than I imagined! They also handily took all the furniture we wished to have removed. All in all I highly recommend Junk Happens! They were top notch in every way.

They have no integrity and are unreliable. I do not recommend. Amazon local has issued a refund. I will move on to another junk hauler.
