When I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted with, "How can I help you?" I explained that I was there for a pickup order. The employee handed me the bag and immediately started to walk away. I stopped her to ask again if there was any way to get plates. She appeared annoyed and told me they didn't have any, but she could give me some forks. Apparently, they don't automatically include utensils with to-go orders unless you specifically ask for them. Unfortunately, the service issues were only the beginning. To our disappointment, the food was awful. Every dish was bland, lacked flavor, and the beef in the Pad Thai didn't even look like beef (see picture). In the end, we spent nearly $60 on three entrées and an order of spring rolls. The photo on the website shows six spring rolls, but our order contained only three. The portions were small, the food was underwhelming, and we were left both hungry and disappointed. I understand that every restaurant can have an off day, but between the poor service, misleading photos, high prices, and disappointing food, this is not a place I can recommend or see myself visiting again.

One of the things we enjoy most about Manny's is the fun, quirky decor and lively atmosphere. It's a casual and welcoming place. This visit wasn't quite as good as our previous ones. The service was a little slower than usual, but we believe our waiter was new and still getting comfortable. Our steak also arrived dry and lukewarm.
