The pancakes weren't overly sweet, the ricotta house-made. The juice was made right in front of me. It was so good that I ordered a second juice, the Green Juice (orange, green apple, celery, aloe). Came here one weekday morning and found it to be busy enough to be a community and tourist space but not so busy it was overwhelming. The cashier seemed a little new, but nice.
