Absolutely terrible customer service, communication, professionalism and care for their customers. communicating with this company was difficult as anytime you call it seems the person you're looking for is never around. Then emails take days to be responded. My overall frustration grew when I would arrive home one day to see the lumber order from them completely in the middle of my driveway. Not a simple call ahead was given to give us time to prepare or instructions on where to leave the material. I called Tim Hernandez the representative who was helping me and he was not helpful and told me I will have to figure it out on my own. Brian the manager was just as unreliable and is simply one of the worst persons I've encountered in dealing with a customer. I really hope all contractors and even normal customers looking to get lumber and truss is from this company see this review and stay away. The inconvenience of dealing with a company like this is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and contact another truss company in town because where's dixieline you're going to suffer.

I was going to do everything myself but am glad I didn't. M1 Industries had the proper know how, experience, and tools to get the job done right. Materials arrived the day before professionally packed on a flatbed. You will need a forklift to unload larger orders. Since you're getting a pallet rack system you should already have one. For the larger uprights I recommend putting both ends on pallets and pushing one with your forklift while someone else guides the pallet in front with a pallet jack. The next day his crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. They advised us specifications for height and spacing but left the final decision up to us. The finished install was beautiful. Our warehouse now looks like an aisle at Home Depot!
