From the initial visit, they were prompt, courteous, professional, and very thorough. They took the time to evaluate the entire system and made sure everything was working properly. A couple of weeks ago, as temperatures started warming up, I noticed a couple brown spots developing in the lawn. I gave Sunrise Sprinkler a call, and they quickly came back out to take another look. Not only did they make the necessary adjustments, but they also replaced a faulty rotor at no charge (I already had the replacement sprinkler). What really impressed me was their commitment to standing behind their work. It's one thing to provide good service the first time, but it's another to respond promptly and make things right without hesitation. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Sunrise Sprinkler to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and dependable irrigation service.

They showed up on time, were professional, respectful, and worked hard the whole time they were here. They installed a clean above-ground 8-station sprinkler valve manifold system for me, replaced valves, repaired irrigation lines, installed a newer Rain Bird smart controller that can be managed from a phone, fixed plumbing issues, and adjusted the sprinkler system so everything worked much better. Everything was organized well and much easier to access for future maintenance. What I appreciated most was that Joseph went above and beyond what was originally included in the bid. They replaced an old hose pipe and spigot that weren't working anymore at no extra charge, and they also replaced a few additional sprinkler heads for me without charging extra. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to come by these days. The work came out clean and professional, and Joseph was easy to communicate with throughout the process. I also appreciated that he used quality parts and didn't cut corners while still keeping the price very fair and reasonable for the amount of work that was done. He showed up and replaced one valve and added cement to pipe to stop leak. We weren't around to watch his work or to lead him by the hand. Leak continued so we called him back. Explained to do whatever he needed to do to fix the problem - he became defensive and said that the valve he fixed wasn't leaking. We explained that we understood that, but hired him to stop the leak completely, not just a valve. He replaced a 2nd valve and said a 3rd could be replaced, but he didn't do it. Again we couldnt be around to watch him or check on his progress. My husband told him to return asap to replace 3rd valve (that he should have gone ahead and replaced) said he would. Hasn't returned and not answering our calls. Almost $500 and still have the same problem. It's like he's guessing at what the problem might be.

I gave Carson's a call and asked if they could come out and lay winter rye for me in the yard and aerate the yard. Communication was smooth, they called me right back and we setup a day and time. They were a bit late but they let me know that they were running behind so I appreciate the notice. When they showed up they did a great job in the yard they even leveled out the yard as well as they could before aerating and laying the new seed, they gave me clear instructions on how to handle the yard to get the best results from the rye. Very helpful and not hard to communicate with, highly recommend and I'll be using them again in the future for my landscaping needs.

I cut the power to the whole house in a panic, then sat there, not totally sure what to do because it was after 5 PM and rapidly getting dark, but hey. . . at least the sizzling had stopped (tiny victories). Gonzalez Electric was one of the first Yelp hits and once I saw Ed's great reviews, I gave him a call. He answered right away, was kind, listened to what happened, and said he'd be right out. Ed arrived at my place within half an hour and got to work. Ed's diagnosis of what was wrong was clear, professional, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He even provided options for more economical vs longer term fixes. What I really appreciate though is how fair his pricing was--- the truth is that I was in a bad situation: no power, a sizzling breaker box, and a single woman alone at home in the darkness. He could have literally charged me anything and I would have probably paid it because hey, what choice did I have? But Ed didn't do that. He was VERY fair, he gave me options, he was just an all around wonderful person to work with and I am definitely saving his info for all future electrical work. He got everything fixed up before long and we are back to normal over here before I even got dinner on the stove for the night. I figured that the price could be fluid, so I went. When I was given a price, it was now $15 a piece and $60 for delivery. I still agreed and set up a delivery for next day, on the condition I get a call when they were on their way. I also asked if I could return any unused plants and the person said yes. The next day I was about to leave my house to run errands and up drives the delivery truck. I never received a call. I was lucky I hadn't left earlier. What set me off was when I tried to return one of the plants. The same guy I bought them from tried to return $13 to me. He either didn't remember me, or tried to play me, but I showed him the receipt with the $15 a plant on it. I don't appreciate paying more than I should have. I will never shop here again.

She will also look at photos of trees they've planted for you and tell you how to help them if they're struggling but that's never happened to us. Everything they plant for us thrives! They just left after planting five trees for me and they sent a crew of five men, all who were so nice and professional. They asked me multiple times throughout the job if I liked the placement or if I wanted anything changed and they finished super quickly and cleaned everything up when they left! They even checked our sprinklers to make sure they didn't break anything which no landscaper or worker has ever done for us. We will only use Bolles!
