I am giving them two stars, only for the quality of the shrubs I bought. Their customer service is horrible. I needed 35 shrubs for a backyard fence cover. My gardener recommended them, as he said the price per shrub was $13 a piece. I called on the phone and the person who answered said they were $14 a piece. I figured that the price could be fluid, so I went. When I was given a price, it was now $15 a piece and $60 for delivery. I still agreed and set up a delivery for next day, on the condition I get a call when they were on their way. I also asked if I could return any unused plants and the person said yes. The next day I was about to leave my house to run errands and up drives the delivery truck. I never received a call. I was lucky I hadn't left earlier. What set me off was when I tried to return one of the plants. The same guy I bought them from tried to return $13 to me. He either didn't remember me, or tried to play me, but I showed him the receipt with the $15 a plant on it. I don't appreciate paying more than I should have. I will never shop here again. read more

This business was recommended by a landscaper. We were looking for trees that can be shaped for privacy from a 2 story home next door. We settled on bay laurel trees as recommended by Federico the owner. Great customer service quality large selection of trees and shrubs and they deliver! read more

We recently re-landscaped our home and saved a ton by buying our trees and shrubs here. They have a massive selection of trees ... we had a fun time exploring the inventory and getting advice/help from the staff. Highly recommend the drive out to check them out ... you'll save some $ and have fun. read more

Great prices, bad service. The gentleman on site (let's call him rep #1) said he'd order me a jacaranda in a 36" box. I spoke with rep #2 by phone the next week who told me what day it would arrive at the nursery. The day of, I called to see what time it would arrive. Rep #2 asked me if it was the 36" jacaranda that I was referring to, as if he was expecting this particular tree. After I confirmed that this was the tree I was waiting for, he said it was on the truck from L.A. and would be there that afternoon. I showed up the next day and was told by the rep #1 that they couldn't locate a 36" jacaranda, even though rep #2 seemed to confirm that particular tree was coming. Weird! So, he got on the phone and called a few places while I stood there, presumably suppliers that aren't his go-to resources. He found a 36" and quoted me several hundred dollars more than before for the same size tree. Well, in frustration, I bought one of their 24" jacarandas instead, as it was already in stock. I called a week or so later to have it delivered, and spoke with rep #2. We scheduled a day with a delivery time of 3:00 p.m. As nobody showed up by 4pm on delivery day, I called the nursery. Rep #1 answers and I asked for an update. He indicated that there was no delivery scheduled for me on that day. I was dumbfounded. He said that they could deliver it the next morning at 8:00 a.m. I asked him if they could make it at 9:00 so I would be there to plant it so no one could steal it. He agreed. After all a 24" box jacaranda is easily handled by two people with a pickup truck, and I don't live in the best neighborhood. Well, I showed up at 9:00 a.m. and found a Jacaranda sitting in my yard for who knows how long. This place would not follow through with anything they said they would, and apparently they do not communicate with each other. read more

I'm looking for specific trees and am trying to locate availability without wasting time driving from business to business. I sent an email two days ago, but have not received a response. I called the number listed, but no live person answered instead a recording stated no voice mail has been set up then disconnected. I was referred by a friend who had a good face-to-face experience. So far I am disappointed. read more

This is hands down the place to go if you need a tree they will plant it if you want for really reasonable price. You can buy and have the tree planted for less than the cost of a tree in town. read more
