I figured one or two- Oh now- I have a boom truck, two pick up trucks and trailers and eight guys. If I could give 0 stars I would. They started trimming my neighbors palm trees at 6am and had about 3 people trimming trees at one time. It was so loud it sounded like they were in my house. It also looked like they were attempting a to do a rushed job. I was thinking that is probably why they came so early, to get it over with. read more

They came out and provided a fair estimate. I had to call multiple times to try and schedule the work to be done. I later received a text message with the date they were going to do the work. I responded to the text message indicating the date was good... the day arrived and nobody showed up or contacted me. I called the business and was told I never sent a text message back. Well, I had saved the messages which had a read receipt.. I sent the screen shot back to them...they never replied. Worst customer service! I wish I had read some prior reviews. read more

They stood me up twice already. I must say they do a great job cause i had them do my trees once already. but they have horrible customer service and I had to call a ton of times to try to even get an appointment. I was chasing them for service. When I finally got a hold of someone they kept saying maybe you should look for someone else to do the work. Like really? Unbelievable!! Don't other with them if you want professional service. If you do get them to show up I will admit the work is good but sometimes good service outweighs everything else! Unless you knew I had two tress (palm & mulberry) in the backyard before, you would have never known. They did such an amazing job removing the trees and performing a stump grind. My yard was clean and beautiful when I got home. I would recommend 100%. read more

I have used this tree service 4 times now. I have found them to be very prompt, courteous and reasonable in their pricing. They let you know if their stump grinder is down and will contact you when it is fixed which has happened one time since using their services. I have used several tree services in the past but will keep my business with Pine Tree for all future work. read more

They don't answer the phone with the company name (if they answer! and you hear a bunch of kids yelling in the back ground so it sounds like you called a school). They don't return calls for several days and they don't bother to show up when they make an appointment with you. PASS! read more
