I called the store twice and was told they were "making it now." I explained the situation and simply asked for the food to be remade fresh, since it had been sitting for over an hour. He flat-out refused. I asked for a manager and waited another 10 minutes. When the manager finally showed up, he acted surprised and said, "Who said we aren't going to remake it?" I pointed to the employee, who then got visibly upset. Completely unprofessional behavior. If you don't want to do your job, then go home. Don't waste other people's time and money. Between the incompetence, the attitude, and the ridiculous wait times (including the drive-thru), this location is a complete disaster. Management should be embarrassed that this is the standard they're allowing. I will not be coming back, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place unless they enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and inconvenienced.
