This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. My wife and I placed a DoorDash order, and after waiting 45 minutes, the driver texted to say the food still hadn't even been made. I called the store twice and was told they were "making it now." Another 15 minutes passed, the driver gave up and canceled, and then the store had the nerve to message saying they were "waiting on someone." Completely unacceptable. At that point, I had no choice but to drive to the store myself, an inconvenience that should never have happened. When I arrived, I was met by a teenager at the window who was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn't care. I explained the situation and simply asked for the food to be remade fresh, since it had been sitting for over an hour. He flat-out refused. I asked for a manager and waited another 10 minutes. When the manager finally showed up, he acted surprised and said, "Who said we aren't going to remake it?" I pointed to the employee, who then got visibly upset. Completely unprofessional behavior. If you don't want to do your job, then go home. Don't waste other people's time and money. Between the incompetence, the attitude, and the ridiculous wait times (including the drive-thru), this location is a complete disaster. Management should be embarrassed that this is the standard they're allowing. I will not be coming back, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place unless they enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and inconvenienced. read more

Very quiet and there was maybe 3 people in the lobby. The store and tables were clean! I ordered from the kiosk and the food was prepared correctly and very hot(I mention this often the food to served sorta-warm) No issues, everyone was friendly. Store was clean. Good job read more

All the food kind of sucked. My girlfriend's quesadilla has onions??? I'm missing all of the sauce on my burrito when I just wanted no sour cream? She's just so upset with her food and it makes me sad because we've just been wanting something good all day. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Royse City, Texas

The young staff take no pride in their work. Orders are constantly off and delivered with attitude. HURT PEOPLE HURT PEOPLE

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. The workers can never get the order right even if it's something simple as no certain ingredients due to allergies. I didn't know it took a degree to work here and still mess up and order. read more

Had a late dinner and this was the only choice. My wife's cantina bowl had one tiny piece of chicken. The Nachos bell grande had about one tablespoon of meat. The burrito supreme was mainly bean scant in meat. We heard another customer who was ordering talking about how their friend that was working there was going to hook them up. They must have gave them our meats. Don't bother going here, pitiful read more

First of all, wasted out time. We spent 15 minutes just waiting for them to fix an issue that they didn't. It's a whole bunch of teens, and the own manager never even tried using the machine!!! Her exact words: "I've never used the machine before". She had to bring another teenager to do it. She couldn't even do the order herself. All I needed was my reward redeemed. At least just the taco. The whole mood of the place seemed sketchy. How can Taco Bell allow for a restaurant to have less than a three-star rating? read more

The late night group is a bunch of lazy teenagers who mess up your order literally every time. Don't expect your meal to come correctly. Clowns read more

I took my grandkids. We went inside. The young man taking our order was very confused & couldn't seem to get the order straight. One item was left out & when we told them they quickly made it so sloppy my grandson could barely eat it. My Mexican Pizza had a very strange taste to it. Could not pin point what it was but I let the kids taste it & they couldn't eat it. It left a horrible taste in the back of my throat. I just threw it away. I did not say anything because we already had a difficult time. I should have!! The kids wanted to get out of there. That was my last visit to the Royse City location read more

It has taken 30 minutes to move 3 cars in the drive-thru on a Sunday lunch rush. I still have 2 cars ahead of me. The local restaurants move faster than this!!! IN ADDITION, just got home and found out they forgot a $5 burrito, but we ended up with extra food we didn't order. I ordered online, so all they had to do was read a pick list. They really messed this order up. Half the food was mushy and going cold. I stop by here about once every 2 months or less. Every time it goes slower and slower. Can't wait until they have some competition from the Taco Bueno, cause this Bell SUCKS. read more

TERRIBLE LAZY SERVICE I dont expect high quality service from a chain like taco bell but dang 3rd in line in drive through took 15 min to start Than get all the way back home and the order is COLD AND WRONG AND HAD A HAIR IN THE NACHOS I'm incredibly aggravated and disgusted with the service from the same people who want 15.00/hr HA!!! cant even remember to put cheese on the god damn nachos IDIOTS read more

We grab something from here pretty regularly, it's cheap n easy. Today, other than at the order screen, not ONE word was said to me. Hefty ginger at the window, he just stuck his arm out for payment. Busy taking orders on the headset, I can ALMOST understand. After a wait (only customer when I pulled in, 2 meals), A portly short guy stick a bag out the window. No napkins, no forks (the mex pizza needs a fork), NO SAUCE!. The food is nlah, so the sauce is what makes it good. I said thank you over a half dozen times. Getting my reciept. Getting my card back. Getting the food. And so on. IS IT SO HARD TO SAY "THANK YOU FOR YOU BUSINESS"???????? read more

I ordered 6 crunchy taco supreme for almost $3 a taco. when I get home I find a lettuce taco and very very little meat at all. not worth the price or attitu of the employee. I won't be going back and recommending finding somewhere el to go. the Mexican food trucks have better tacos for cheaper! just saying read more

This is a good lesson for me to check yelp before going after late night cravings. First picture on here is mold and every review is horrible. The food we just received was all uncooked. Gorditas made with doughy uncooked bread and the new nacho fries were cold inside and went straight into the trash. We don't eat a lot of fast food anymore these days but I'm just learning that you just can't trust it at all anymore. Management at this location can't possibly care since these bad reviews go back three years. read more

We went to Taco Bell at 11 at night and went inside to order. There were 3 in the back and one in the drive through on his phone. We stood there for 5 min. And finally asked who would take the order. The one in the back told the guy that was doing drive through named Carson a young black boy with a bad attitude. Carson told him Im not waiting on them and rolled his eyes and preceded to go back to his phone. (There was no one in the drive through) Bc of his rudeness my husband asked for the manager. The one in the back who was a little more helpful gave us a name of a manger that would be in the morning. I will advise any one to please go to another restraunt. Its poorly managed and they hire employees who care more about whats on their phone then customer. Will be speaking with upper managment tomorrow. But by the looks of the reviews we were not the only ones treated badly. Save your money and go elsewhere its less stress. read more

I was with my buddy at this location yesterday. After incorrectly giving him the wrong food 3 weeks ago, the then employee named Ross said to come back anytime and he'll make it right. So we pull in through the drive through window because He wants to get his order corrected. He is told he can't honor it from a gentleman who can easily see hates his job. This is unprofessional on many fronts. So after the back and forth at the drive thru speaker we pull up to the window and nobody approaches. The before mentioned gentleman almost looked as if he was dodging a further explanation. This is ridiculous, it's the simplest of food and yet this just like so many others at this location, is disappointing andIt's underwhelmingly ran. read more

Their customer service is terrible. The drive thru employee was a brace face and I didn't get his name, but made the experience worse. I love taco ball but not this location any longer. They have a lot to improve on, starting with the teenagers that work there. read more

Sorry, but waiting in the dining area for over 30 minutes just for a couple chalupas is ridiculous. The drive thru line wasn't long and people were driving in and out fairly quickly. Silly me, staying in the hotel next door, I hoofed it over expecting to pick up food and go back to relax in my room. Once a month or more, I'm at the hotel for business travel and once a month or more I'm at this Taco Bell for grub. This is the first time I've waited so long and the first time so many of the employees were disgusting with their verbal diarrhea spewing foul language. The guy making my food was wiping his forehead with his gloved hand - luckily it didn't appear he got too close to his actual fingers. A quick apology "sorry bout the wait" followed food not placed into a bag to carry out. I gave three stars because two of the guys looked devastated and tired and one guy looked like he was about to drop. This is a management problem, not a personnel problem. The food was good tho, thank you read more

I really like Taco Bell. If you go through the drive through, and don't see how filthy this place is you might eat there. If you walk inside, you'll never eat at this location. It is by far the dirtiest restaurant I've walked into since 1985. Oh, Don't order a bean burrito. It's watery and can't be eaten. The food is a 4 of 10. read more

Yes, Royse City now has a Taco Bell. It's on eastbound service road to I-30 next to American National Bank. I'm not a frequent Taco Bell diner but it's nice to have a little more variety for fast food in town. The nachos are bland but I like the soft tacos and burritos. So far their food is pretty tasty. They just opened this past week. read more

Guess the "buddy" was more important than regular customers. Waited longer than other customer in shop or drive through. Unmotivated staff and not very friendly. Sad. P.S: not only did they get the order wrong - but they also FORGOT to fry the dough. So instead of a burrito, they gave us a chalupa, unfried, cold dough and only a little filling. They weren't busy at all. They pretty much failed in all ways. read more

I visited here on business when a cold snap was happening in Dallas, and I was their second customer by noon that day. It was delicious and I was impressed with the service and cleanliness of the establishment. read more

This has got to be the worst service I have ever had here I get off work every night at 12am and I stop by and get a bite to eat..... well tonight I get to the drive thru and order and I get up to the window and pay they tell me AFTER I PAID That they are out of rice for the quesoritos they offered to add extra steak to it so I said ok...... 30 minutes later I finally get my food I ordered 2 steak quesoritos and an order of nacho fries I assume the reason it took so long is because there were 2 teenagers working and they kept goofing off the guy and girl swapped positions about 5 times in 30 minutes anyway I finally get my food and the nacho fries are still frozen they were never put into the fryer this is totally unacceptable and I will not be back to this Taco Bell ever again the date this happened is July 5th between 12:30am and 1:30 am read more

By far the WORSE taco bell i've been to in America. I've lived on all coasts. Almost every time the order is incorrect. Extra charges = no extras. Consistently, the chicken is like beef like jerky. This has been my least favorite Taco Bell. Unfortunately I like it more than the few other late night options in this town but it is usually a disappointment. The usually skimp you on taco meat, I have never gotten the sauce that comes in the quesadilla, and their cinnamon twist are all twist no cinnamon. All in all I'll probably go back cause I don't want jack in the box or McDonald's. Just saying don't expect it to be as good as any other Taco Bell. read more
