This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. My wife and I placed a DoorDash order, and after waiting 45 minutes, the driver texted to say the food still hadn't even been made. I called the store twice and was told they were "making it now." Another 15 minutes passed, the driver gave up and canceled, and then the store had the nerve to message saying they were "waiting on someone." Completely unacceptable. At that point, I had no choice but to drive to the store myself, an inconvenience that should never have happened. When I arrived, I was met by a teenager at the window who was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn't care. I explained the situation and simply asked for the food to be remade fresh, since it had been sitting for over an hour. He flat-out refused. I asked for a manager and waited another 10 minutes. When the manager finally showed up, he acted surprised and said, "Who said we aren't going to remake it?" I pointed to the employee, who then got visibly upset. Completely unprofessional behavior. If you don't want to do your job, then go home. Don't waste other people's time and money. Between the incompetence, the attitude, and the ridiculous wait times (including the drive-thru), this location is a complete disaster. Management should be embarrassed that this is the standard they're allowing. I will not be coming back, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place unless they enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and inconvenienced. read more

Very quiet and there was maybe 3 people in the lobby. The store and tables were clean! I ordered from the kiosk and the food was prepared correctly and very hot(I mention this often the food to served sorta-warm) No issues, everyone was friendly. Store was clean. Good job read more

I took my grandkids. We went inside. The young man taking our order was very confused & couldn't seem to get the order straight. One item was left out & when we told them they quickly made it so sloppy my grandson could barely eat it. My Mexican Pizza had a very strange taste to it. Could not pin point what it was but I let the kids taste it & they couldn't eat it. It left a horrible taste in the back of my throat. I just threw it away. It has taken 30 minutes to move 3 cars in the drive-thru on a Sunday lunch rush. I still have 2 cars ahead of me. The local restaurants move faster than this!!! IN ADDITION, just got home and found out they forgot a $5 burrito, but we ended up with extra food we didn't order. I ordered online, so all they had to do was read a pick list. They really messed this order up. Half the food was mushy and going cold. I stop by here about once every 2 months or less. Every time it goes slower and slower. We grab something from here pretty regularly, it's cheap n easy. Today, other than at the order screen, not ONE word was said to me. Hefty ginger at the window, he just stuck his arm out for payment. Busy taking orders on the headset, I can ALMOST understand. After a wait (only customer when I pulled in, 2 meals), A portly short guy stick a bag out the window. This is a good lesson for me to check yelp before going after late night cravings. First picture on here is mold and every review is horrible. The food we just received was all uncooked. Gorditas made with doughy uncooked bread and the new nacho fries were cold inside and went straight into the trash. We went to Taco Bell at 11 at night and went inside to order. There were 3 in the back and one in the drive through on his phone. We stood there for 5 min. And finally asked who would take the order. The one in the back told the guy that was doing drive through named Carson a young black boy with a bad attitude. Carson told him Im not waiting on them and rolled his eyes and preceded to go back to his phone. (There was no one in the drive through) Bc of his rudeness my husband asked for the manager. The one in the back who was a little more helpful gave us a name of a manger that would be in the morning. I will advise any one to please go to another restraunt. I was with my buddy at this location yesterday. After incorrectly giving him the wrong food 3 weeks ago, the then employee named Ross said to come back anytime and he'll make it right. So we pull in through the drive through window because He wants to get his order corrected. He is told he can't honor it from a gentleman who can easily see hates his job. This is unprofessional on many fronts. So after the back and forth at the drive thru speaker we pull up to the window and nobody approaches. Sorry, but waiting in the dining area for over 30 minutes just for a couple chalupas is ridiculous. The drive thru line wasn't long and people were driving in and out fairly quickly. Silly me, staying in the hotel next door, I hoofed it over expecting to pick up food and go back to relax in my room. Once a month or more, I'm at the hotel for business travel and once a month or more I'm at this Taco Bell for grub. This is the first time I've waited so long and the first time so many of the employees were disgusting with their verbal diarrhea spewing foul language. The guy making my food was wiping his forehead with his gloved hand - luckily it didn't appear he got too close to his actual fingers. Yes, Royse City now has a Taco Bell. It's on eastbound service road to I-30 next to American National Bank. I'm not a frequent Taco Bell diner but it's nice to have a little more variety for fast food in town. The nachos are bland but I like the soft tacos and burritos. So far their food is pretty tasty. This has got to be the worst service I have ever had here I get off work every night at 12am and I stop by and get a bite to eat..... well tonight I get to the drive thru and order and I get up to the window and pay they tell me AFTER I PAID That they are out of rice for the quesoritos they offered to add extra steak to it so I said ok...... 30 minutes later I finally get my food I ordered 2 steak quesoritos and an order of nacho fries I assume the reason it took so long is because there were 2 teenagers working and they kept goofing off the guy and girl swapped positions about 5 times in 30 minutes anyway I finally get my food and the nacho fries are still frozen they were never put into the fryer this is totally unacceptable and I will not be back to this Taco Bell ever again the date this happened is July 5th between 12:30am and 1:30 am read more

I visited here on business when a cold snap was happening in Dallas, and I was their second customer by noon that day. The manager was very friendly and brought the food to my table when it was ready. He also gave me a complimentary Cinnabon for making "the trek" from my hotel. It was delicious and I was impressed with the service and cleanliness of the establishment. read more

This has been my least favorite Taco Bell. Unfortunately I like it more than the few other late night options in this town but it is usually a disappointment. The usually skimp you on taco meat, I have never gotten the sauce that comes in the quesadilla, and their cinnamon twist are all twist no cinnamon.
