I have to leave a review here. I probably eat here once a week and every time that I come here it is amazing. The service is great! They have a really sweet guy working at the front (brown hair). He is always nice and welcomes me in every time I come. The food here is always made fresh and it is always hot and good. The restrooms are always very clean and so is the rest of the restaurant. Our food tonight smelled and tasted like chemicals. My husband ate all his food before saying something and I was half way done when I said I noticed the same thing and thought it was strange but hadn't said anything. I ended up throwing a lot of my food away after that because I was scared of getting sick. My Mexican pizza in particular smelled like straight up chemicals. And now I am violently ill. My experience here was absolutely terrible. I came here with my spouse and he ordered a #4, crunch wrap supreme with no tomatoes and a soft taco meal. Simple enough. We come to the window, pay, and they hand me a completely wrong order, they handed me 4 beef taco supremes. So we tell the guy at the window, its the wrong order and I got a crunch wrap supreme. Immediately he tells us that, that's not what the woman heard who rung up our food. I said okay.. but I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and he is just looking at us like he wont do anything about it and he kept handing us back the bag of food that I did not order. My husband kept repeating "i'm not trying to be an asshole, if the crunch wrap is more expensive, i'll pay the difference" and the employee proceeds to hand us back the original bag of food and a free taco coupon. I said to him that's not what I want, at this point, can I give you guys back this food, and get a refund? Now he tells us he cannot give back refunds. It was the most odd experience, because they were the ones who made the mistake but refused to give me the order I originally wanted and I was more than willing to give all this food back just to get what I wanted. So my husband asked for the manager because what is going on now? Then he opens the window and hands us a crunch wrap supreme, and tells us to have a magical day and closed the window. Strange experience, HORRIBLE customer service. I order through the app and when I came in it was slow but the order was not even made yet. I informed Them that I'm here for my order and the guy said ok and I waited for 10 minutes and then nothing. When I came back to the counter I realized that they still did not make my order even though I placed the order on the app and waited 10 minutes (15 minutes total). Their excuse was that they don't make the orders until the customers come to the store because they don't want the food to get soggy. I'm thinking to myself what's the point in having the app if they are not going to make the order? I then informed them I no longer wanted to order and wanted my money back. They REFUSED to refund me and I left without any food and a pending credit card charge. Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Don't do business here! read more

I waited in line actually trapped in line for 35 minutes and when i got my food there did not seem to be any concern on wait time . I do not wait that long for a fine restaurant. First of all how does one mess up an order and doesn't get anything right, my Crunchwrap wasn't folded correctly and wasn't toasted and I asked for extra beef and I got easy beef, I asked for no tomatoes and got tomatos, asked for extra cheese sauce and I got none, how does that happen, they forgot my drink, I had 4 Doritos tacos with more lettuce than beef and it was like a line of beef, I also had potatoes covered in cheese and sour cream and didn't get any type of plastic ware and I didn't get my sauce on the side and no napkins, seriously how can someone be that bad at their job. read more

This place is usually very good with with getting the order right, having it fresh, and having great customer service. This was the first time I have ever had an issue. I ordered two nacho fries, a bean burrito, and a quesarito. The first girl at the window was super friendly and helpful! I forgot to order a drink, and she told me it would be be no problem at all to order a drink really quick. She walked away from the window to make the food while I was deciding on what to drink. Then a second girl came to the window, handed me my food and tried to rush me. I asked her if I could order a drink and she goes "uhh.... sureeee.." closed the window, and started busting out laughing. Then handed me my drink, I said "thank you so much," and she just stared at me. When I got home I checked my food and noticed they only gave me one loaded nachos and an extra burrito. They somehow got my second order of nachos confused with a nacho fries burrito. I have been looking forward to try these nacho fries, and the fact that one of them was a burrito was very disappointing, and towards the end of my visit I felt kind of disrespected. I know no one likes to work late shifts, but I'm getting off from a late shift myself and don't really want to deal with rudeness. Very disappointment with today's treatment (4/4/2023) or lack thereof. I decided to go inside the restaurant instead of the drive through because my order always seems to get messed up in the drive through. I couldn't figure out how to use the kiosk and another customer who walked in just before me placed her kiosk order and was waiting to pay. I was asking her if we had to order through the kiosk when an employee came from the back and helped her. I'm standing right beside her and even commented that the guy had great timing, but he takes her money and completely ignores me so I'm thinking he has to go put all of his stuff down before coming back to take my order. He comes back and walks right in front of me without looking at me or asking me if I needed help and I'm literally standing at the register. There was a problem with the lady's kiosk order and another employee asked her about it and turned around to tell them how to address the missing item from her order, but never asked me if I needed anything and I'm standing right at the register. I wait for about 10 minutes and I'm blown away thinking "no one is going to ask me if I have been helped." The other customer looks at me sympathetically but it's not her fault that I seem to be invisible. I just moved to Fate a few months ago, but I will go to Rockwall or Royse City before I go back to the Taco Bell in Fate. There wasn't a line and the drive through line was gone when I left WITHOUT ordering so there was no obvious reason other than the color of my skin that would have them ignore me. read more
