I have to leave a review here. I probably eat here once a week and every time that I come here it is amazing. The service is great! They have a really sweet guy working at the front (brown hair). He is always nice and welcomes me in every time I come. The food here is always made fresh and it is always hot and good. The restrooms are always very clean and so is the rest of the restaurant. Service: A+ FoodA+ I highly recommend this location! read more

The last 2 times I went here the first time at least 10 people working standing around talking and not doing my order. This time my order didn't have all the ingredients on my tacos. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Fate, Texas

Our food tonight smelled and tasted like chemicals. My husband ate all his food before saying something and I was half way done when I said I noticed the same thing and thought it was strange but hadn't said anything. I ended up throwing a lot of my food away after that because I was scared of getting sick. My Mexican pizza in particular smelled like straight up chemicals. And now I am violently ill. Absolutely sick. Throwing up and the other thing. Y'all poisoned us!!! Never coming back. read more

Ordered food ask for a lot of sauce, came home no sauce. Drove back return whole order.

I am very disappointed in this establishment, I use to go here all the time and now it's going downhill. I had someone up there by the name AD on the line take my order and watched him treat a Hispanic male badly because should couldn't speak English well, his exact words were "hurry the f**k up",unacceptable and completely unprofessional .When i talked to him about my order because the tortillas were cold I could hear him yelling at his coworker. read more

Easily the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I can safely say I've given this place a try probably 8 times in the last year. Not once has my order been remotely correct. It's run by children that do not care. Do yourself a favor and just go a block away to the McDonald's. Here's a picture of my cheesy Gordita crunch. Like wtf. read more

Trash. Ordered food 20 minutes ago. Waited 10 minutes at the counter and took another 15 minutes to give me the food. Hate to say it but damn, bro. Get it together. Almost made me want to apply as a manager so I could get it together for them read more

The quality of food has never faltered from great, and the workers are always friendly. Very clean inside as well. However, my order is messed up / missing something somewhat often. Overall, I'm still not too disappointed in this location. read more

I order through the app and when I came in it was slow but the order was not even made yet. I informed Them that I'm here for my order and the guy said ok and I waited for 10 minutes and then nothing. When I came back to the counter I realized that they still did not make my order even though I placed the order on the app and waited 10 minutes (15 minutes total). Their excuse was that they don't make the orders until the customers come to the store because they don't want the food to get soggy. I'm thinking to myself what's the point in having the app if they are not going to make the order? I then informed them I no longer wanted to order and wanted my money back. They REFUSED to refund me and I left without any food and a pending credit card charge. Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Don't do business here! read more

I waited in line actually trapped in line for 35 minutes and when i got my food there did not seem to be any concern on wait time . I do not wait that long for a fine restaurant. If i was not picking an order up for my kids I would have have all the cars behind me to back up and let me out. No mas Taco Bell from Fate Texas read more

Freaking suck around 12. Got two orders and on both we were missing multiple tacos. We were little the only customers so I don't understand what happens other than the fact that they were playing games and weren't paying attention. Disappointing how something simple is hard & how are yall out of lettuce when you are Taco Bell ?? read more

My experience here was absolutely terrible. I came here with my spouse and he ordered a #4, crunch wrap supreme with no tomatoes and a soft taco meal. Simple enough. We come to the window, pay, and they hand me a completely wrong order, they handed me 4 beef taco supremes. So we tell the guy at the window, its the wrong order and I got a crunch wrap supreme. Immediately he tells us that, that's not what the woman heard who rung up our food. I said okay.. but I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and he is just looking at us like he wont do anything about it and he kept handing us back the bag of food that I did not order. My husband kept repeating "i'm not trying to be an asshole, if the crunch wrap is more expensive, i'll pay the difference" and the employee proceeds to hand us back the original bag of food and a free taco coupon. I said to him that's not what I want, at this point, can I give you guys back this food, and get a refund? Now he tells us he cannot give back refunds. It was the most odd experience, because they were the ones who made the mistake but refused to give me the order I originally wanted and I was more than willing to give all this food back just to get what I wanted. So my husband asked for the manager because what is going on now? Then he opens the window and hands us a crunch wrap supreme, and tells us to have a magical day and closed the window. Strange experience, HORRIBLE customer service. I'm not sure what they thought this was, if they thought we wanted free food or something but we handed them back the food multiple times, and he wouldnt take it? Never going here again read more

food took forever to come out, we placed a mobile order and when we went inside to get it they said our order wasn't showing up in the system , they didn't even try to help us after seeing us standing there for about 15 minutes , a lot of workers were clocking out and we weren't getting any help , when we received the food it was still really amazing read more

First of all how does one mess up an order and doesn't get anything right, my Crunchwrap wasn't folded correctly and wasn't toasted and I asked for extra beef and I got easy beef, I asked for no tomatoes and got tomatos, asked for extra cheese sauce and I got none, how does that happen, they forgot my drink, I had 4 Doritos tacos with more lettuce than beef and it was like a line of beef, I also had potatoes covered in cheese and sour cream and didn't get any type of plastic ware and I didn't get my sauce on the side and no napkins, seriously how can someone be that bad at their job. read more

I am a DoorDasher and on the evening of august 4th, the crew was AMAZING! They were informative, respectful, knowledgeable and just a complete pleasure. Particularly the young man you have who wants to be a police officer. It is great to encounter this level of professionalism in kids in their late teens and early twenties. Keep it up, y'all!! read more

This place is usually very good with with getting the order right, having it fresh, and having great customer service. This was the first time I have ever had an issue. I ordered two nacho fries, a bean burrito, and a quesarito. The first girl at the window was super friendly and helpful! I forgot to order a drink, and she told me it would be be no problem at all to order a drink really quick. She walked away from the window to make the food while I was deciding on what to drink. Then a second girl came to the window, handed me my food and tried to rush me. I asked her if I could order a drink and she goes "uhh.... sureeee.." closed the window, and started busting out laughing. Then handed me my drink, I said "thank you so much," and she just stared at me. When I got home I checked my food and noticed they only gave me one loaded nachos and an extra burrito. They somehow got my second order of nachos confused with a nacho fries burrito. I have been looking forward to try these nacho fries, and the fact that one of them was a burrito was very disappointing, and towards the end of my visit I felt kind of disrespected. I know no one likes to work late shifts, but I'm getting off from a late shift myself and don't really want to deal with rudeness. Again, the first girl at the window was AMAZING and very understanding, it was the second girl that made me start regretting my decision on where I chose to get dinner. read more

I like how when you look over from the drive thru the golden light up letters from the fate sign inside the fresh store look right into your soul and it spells out "FAT"- this keeps me humble and I love my delicious Taco Bell! Husband says Crunchwrap is gross here- sorry! read more

Very disappointment with today's treatment (4/4/2023) or lack thereof. I decided to go inside the restaurant instead of the drive through because my order always seems to get messed up in the drive through. I couldn't figure out how to use the kiosk and another customer who walked in just before me placed her kiosk order and was waiting to pay. I was asking her if we had to order through the kiosk when an employee came from the back and helped her. I'm standing right beside her and even commented that the guy had great timing, but he takes her money and completely ignores me so I'm thinking he has to go put all of his stuff down before coming back to take my order. He comes back and walks right in front of me without looking at me or asking me if I needed help and I'm literally standing at the register. There was a problem with the lady's kiosk order and another employee asked her about it and turned around to tell them how to address the missing item from her order, but never asked me if I needed anything and I'm standing right at the register. I wait for about 10 minutes and I'm blown away thinking "no one is going to ask me if I have been helped." The other customer looks at me sympathetically but it's not her fault that I seem to be invisible. I just moved to Fate a few months ago, but I will go to Rockwall or Royse City before I go back to the Taco Bell in Fate. There wasn't a line and the drive through line was gone when I left WITHOUT ordering so there was no obvious reason other than the color of my skin that would have them ignore me. read more
