I ended up coming back a week to pick up my items and it was ready and no delays. Was my jacket expensive to dry clean, you bet, but they delivered on time and my suit is nice and clean now.

But having worn one of these shirts kept me smelling the strong smell of a man's cheap cologne all day. It bothered me until I got home and gladly took the shirt off. I told my wife who later smelled all shirts I still had left in their bag and agreed with me. We brought all shirts back and explained we were not satisfied with the smell. I wondered if they have been washed with someone else's clothes with strong cologne. The employee (new face in recent months for us) wasn't very customer friendly but accepted our shirts. We asked for them to be washed again. I just picked them up again and the shirts smell the same and have the same tag and number. It was obvious they were not washed again, as requested.

The dryers are .25 for 7 minutes, I feel it is reasonable given the size of machine as well. The owner is very nice as she was putting out buggy carts at every set of machines for convenience. It was little to no people as I arrived around 8am. Very nice environment. The cleanliness is what I like the most. Apple Pay is accepted so that was a PLUS for me personally as I'm not usually carrying cash or cards. They have games, massage chairs, and candy machines, as well as vending machines so if you are waiting inside there's pretty much everything you need for your duration of service.

I put my clothes in the dryers and stepped out briefly to pick up my mom. When I came back (about 15 minutes later) the employee had taken my clothes out of two of the four dryers I was using, even though the laundromat was empty and there were plenty of open dryers. She said another customer need it the dryers, and later claimed her employer told her to remove unattended loads. I told her that I 100% agreed when is busy and no dryers are available. What bothered me most is the inconsistency! on a previous visit, when the laundromat was extremely busy, I waited over 45 minutes for an unattended dryer because the staff told me removing clothes would be an "invasion of privacy." I used to like coming here and would drive 7-8 minutes from home, even with laundromats closer to me. But after today, I won't be returning.
