Specialties
Baker Construction & Development is typically involved in all stages of the project's development from the conceptual or schematic design to the completed project. We work under a variety of delivery methods, including Construction Manager at Risk, Lump Sum, Integrated Project Delivery and Design-Build Construction. Baker Construction & Development strives to provide a win-win vision of partnership and collaboration to achieve the highest quality project for the owner.
During the early stages of pre-construction, we are valuable to the client and design team by providing constructability guidance, systems and detail suggestions, estimations and feasibility explorations. We assemble the most talented and appropriate team of project management and subcontractors, which has been developed and nurtured over decades in the industry.
Throughout the project, Baker Construction & Development provides ongoing feedback through tangible details and construction methods, which helps owners and architects understand how a design vision can come to fruition. Baker Construction & Development provides alternatives and budgetary information, which allows owners to take control and make informed decisions early in the project. We deliver over eighty percent of our projects under the negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price.
If you have a commercial construction project, Baker Construction & Development is the company for you!
