Those are noted for sliding out of the tracts requiring human intervention. Well, after several years of speaking words not meant for family ears I decided to replace the door. Problem was the entire door and frame needed to be replaced. Kevin Dennehy to the rescue!! Upon selecting the door (with the sun blinds inside the windows) and its arrival, Kevin & crew had the door replaced in less than 2 hours. Wow. Such a relief to be able to go outside knowing that screen door will NEVER pop out of its tracts!! And the heat from the sun is no longer bothersome coming thru the tempered glass either! This was in the spring of 2021 and all seemed well until the rains came later in the year and we discovered one of the windows that did not previously leak, was leaking. After numerous attempts to connect with this company through calls and emails I am finally writing a review to express my immense disappointment in the aftercare and lack of communication. Given that I will now have additional expenses to fix their poor installation work to protect my home, I cannot recommend this company.

I was expecting to pay much more than the estimate that I immediately said yes and got on their schedule. Unfortunately COVID19 hit and the scheduled date was extended. But to my surprise they called and kept me posted on when they would be able to do my house. Once they did get to my house I was greeted by two very nice young men who were not only professional but very polite. They finished my house in about 3 days and it looks absolutely beautiful.
