Based on other Yelp ratings, reviews and pictures, we decided to give Baked a try. We are very glad we did! This is a smaller sit-down Chicago inspired restaurant. It is comfortable and casual. They have several TVs and a Chicago flag on the wall. Our server, Brianne, was great. She answered all of our questions, was friendly and efficient. We ordered a 14" Chicago Deep dish pizza (the main reason we came) with meatballs and extra cheese. It was very flavorful, the crust was soft and firm with a buttery taste. We could have used more meatballs, but I won't deduct a star for that. The pizza was topped with fresh-tasting crushed tomatoes. We also ordered a 16" thin crust pizza with Pepperoni, extra cheese and 1/2 green olives. It also was quite good. The crust was crispy, but not tough and the toppings tasted great. Baked has some good deals to know about. 50% off beer, wine and most appetizers 4-6 daily. Kids 11 and under eat free Sunday's from 11:30-6 (one adult for two children, so four free with two adults). If you want to score big, order the daily pizza special, drinks and bring your kids on a Sunday between 4-6! These deals are on right now (April 2026) so ask before you order, as they may not be forever. We will be back! In the meantime, we have enough left overs for three meals (lol). read more

I am a pizza snob, I like places that think outside the box for sure. I like variety. Two very different pizzas which were both very good. Not quite 5 star but almost. One of the better thin crust around SWFL and the Pan was unique in the area, both were good. We will go back, not regularly, but we will go back. read more

My guilty pleasure in Fort Myers. I was hoping they still offered their lunch special that featured a personal size 1 topping pizza with a small salad but unfortunately it's not offered anymore. I was really craving their pizza but since I was by myself I knew I'd have tons of leftovers. Tried Baked for the first time today and we will be returning! I read the good reviews and wanted to try it for myself. They had some nice March Madness specials which made it a good value. The deep dish pizza was spectacular. We love UNO's and this is the first local pizza that can compete. The sauce was fresh and tasty and sausage was delicious. My husband got the Chicago dogs and is a fan. The star of the show was our server, Julia. She was the perfect mix of friendly, knowledgable and professional. I'd go back just to see her. The food from Chicago Baked was like a taste of home for my mom from the Chicago area. The Chicago style dog and Chicago combo sub were both traditional and can't be eaten with one hand. I'm working for four days in Fort Myers and I felt like pizza, so I went online and wrote, pizza near me and it sent me to a few places but the nearest one was Baked Pizza Company. They serve Chicago style deep dish pizza, thin crust and other things. Who like Chicago style Hot Dogs? I love Chicago Style Hot Dogs and you can get them here. Everything Chicago is here from hot dogs, sandwiches, pizza etc. you have got to check them out. The hot dogs are made with Vienna hot dogs. They come with the wonderful sport peppers on a fluffy poppy seed bun. I love that classic Chicago dog style. The meal comes with delicious hot fries included. The dog actually pops with flavor. My hubby and I had been here for pizza when it was Buddy Z's. So glad only the name was changed. I added a side salad to my meal for my hubby and I to share. He decided on build your own hot dog which came with fries as well. However. He got everything except sport peppers and he really enjoyed his meal too. This place is perfect to come and enjoy great Chicago food at a reasonable price. read more

There are probably a couple deep dish pizza places we prefer more in Chicago, but when you are 1000 miles from Chicago and craving pizza, Baked deep dish definitely hits the spot. The Chicago beef sandwich with mozzarella cheese is absolutely the best sandwich I have ever eaten. The rolll is absolutely stuffed with beef and a nice layer of mozzarella cheese is laid on the top of the sandwich. I believe this restaurant used to be Buddyz but is now Chicago baked pizza. Same address on Forum boulevard. Seated promptly. Restaurant was clean. Waitresses were friendly. The food was good but the kitchen doesn't understand that a thin crust pie and a deep dish pie take different times to bake. The deep dish arrived as my companions were finishing the thin crust pizza and they had completed eating salads before they got their pizza. The food when it arrived, was pretty good. Soft drinks, two salads, and two pizzas cost $60 plus tips. Don't get to Fort Myers very often but we probably won't go here again. read more

Genuinely so annoyed. Im visiting my grandparents down in fort Myers and decided to get some pizza. We ordered at at around 4:45 for and in-store pickup. I show up with my two elderly grandparents. We show up at around 4:40 and go in to get our order- there is a family of three and they say they are packed. I admit people were most likely ordering on line but they said about 20 times that they were behind and swamped. The workers were rude-extremely passive aggressive and inconsiderate. The one worker told the costumers to be quiet and to be patient and kept making comments. She would run back and forth and not finish the task at hand, it was extremely clear that they could not handle stress (even the minuscule amount that they had). After waiting for about 35 minutes- the worker asked us what our name was and said that she remembered taking the order but she heard the name wrong and did not care that she put the name wrong, and she did not remember the name she put it under. I could not believe the lady had said that. We proceeded to wait another 25 minutes and they brought out a COLD PIZZA. Then didnt have any clue how to check us out. I honestly hope this pizza tastes good other wise i just wasted my time and money on a restaurant with rude employees and awful customer service. read more
